I'm in my living room debating whether or not I should drink vodka till I pass out or not when I picked up the bottle. Someone knocks on the door I ordered a maid to open the door and let then in it was Kazakhstan "Hello brother" he said to me "what do you need brother" I said "w-well what about having an A-Alliance" "What the **** are you talking about were already in an alliance what you wanna break it down and alliance again!!" I glared at him "N-No I mean what about N-Northkorea" "Is he even willing and why" "b-because" Kazakhstan is sweating "why are you stuttering" Russia asked and a loud slam opening the door Northkorea was the one who did that "Russia have you heard about me wanting to Ally with you?" "Yes I said" "Do you know why" said North with a grin on his face "No" Russia said "Well Mr. Care to explain?" north said then a man walked in wearing a suit. "Long time no see Russia" "SUNSHINE?!! WHY ARE YOU HERE I MI-" "I wanted to be allies with you  Kazakhstan and Northkorea" "I trust you Russia you are one of the last countries I call friends I'm sorry I left you not saying much but you did not hurt me" Phil said with a serious tone and look "Yes ofcourse I'll be allies with you I'll never hurt you and with North as well I understand me and I guess Kazakhstan but why North" Russia said "HEY" North shouted "Excellent" Phil said "well North is also a powerful country in my view" Phil said "Russia we will be aligning tomorrow at******* be there and don't tell anyone who is not in this room" Phil added "But wait I'm confused wh-" Russia said "Don't worry Russ all will be explained tomorrow after they all left Russia was so shocked Phil looks like he changed so much altho his height did not. 'What is he planning what happened why is he allying with North Korea and me Al of a sudden'

In the morning he was ready for the alliance he doesn't know what to expect. He went to the designated place and at the right time. He was so excited and confused. The place was in the Philippines when he landed in the country many guards and police and military personnel where there they checked Russia and after a while
They let him go in and when he saw the places he was shocked and amazed the cities were beautiful than ever the country was cleaner the country looked more advanced and developed. when he arrived the place was so clean and had many sun markings, and police and millitary personnel where guarding the place like it was on lock down. There were many sampaguitas and flags flags of North korea, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Germany, Israel, Iran And Vietnam and there was another flag His flag. Inside the place were many many more sun marks and very clean and heavily guarded when he reached the room North korea, Kazakhstan,  Germany, Indonesia, Israel, Iran, Vietnam were sitting on chairs looking at him and gestured at an empty chair for him to sit down he sat down and looked at the single chair on the front Philippines was sitting there they look at him and he talked "Hello Russia it's nice to see you everyone In this room are the only ones who can get in the Philippines and have connections to me and my country. North korea, Kazakhstan, Indonesia, Germany, Israel, Iran And Vietnam and you are my allies." "Wait since when did Indonesia become your Ally since when did he come to you" Russia said "Not to long ago" Phil said Russia asked some questions and all of them answered after they had allied Russia was indeed very happy to see Phil again "One more thing tomorrow newspapers about us countries shall be created and distributed across the globe" Phil said seriously "WHAT" All of them shouted "Are you sure Philip" they asked "yes I am not to long ago I have distributed newspapers about how my county is doing it's time for them to know who I'm allied with" Phil answered "Just be sure you are ok with this Phil im ok with them knowing" Indo said Vietnam and Israel Nodded Phil then said " Raise your hand if you are not in favor of the newspapers to be distributed" some of them like Germany hesitated but in the end
None raised their hand "with all that said let's all thank you for listening trading of Materials and goods shall be discussed in the next meeting" Phil said Everyone nodded and stood up every one was leaving and saying fare well to Philip Vietnam, Israel and Indo couldn't stand it they hugged Phil because they miss him dearly but Phil said "ugh I don't do hugs anymore but fine just once and since I cannot move and inch" the three said "Atleast we can even just the last we really missed you Phil" Russia watched them and after that Russia Approached Phil and grabbed his hand and said "Wait I missed you Phil and I have a new kitten named Ruffles before you liked Cats right can't you smile again?" "Well then Take good care of your cat Ruffles And I I missed you too " he then walked away Russia heard him say that he smiled but sadly because Phil doesn't smile anymore........

Phil POV

After the hugging and Russia talked to me I can't lie I do miss them 'Wait what am I talking about these stupid feelings of missing them will bring me down again Atleast I'm not a naive boy anymore' I tell myself and go to sign paperwork and then I see a photo of me and my friends my smile was so bright back then I just put it back and continue my work
