Belarus POV

Yes finally Phil will arrive today good thing that russia as on a business trip with Kazakhstan so everything is going according to plan.

Russia will also arrive today thank goodness that Phil will arrive first.

Me and Ukraine have been decorating for this little party for Phil's arrival and Russia's arrival also.

And yes with the help of some maids and butlers.

Ukraine's boy friend isn't here because he might bring America and that will ruin the Rusphil.

I know Canada is a Amephil not a Rusphil.

I approve of Ukraine and Canada because they love eachother but Canada being an Amephil is not ok.

"KRIANE IS THE Y KNOW READY" I yell "ofcourse" he says.

"Good" I say with my evil grin I'm so excited I couldn't sleep I have cameras everywhere so that Russia and Phil would be pictured in every angle possible.

Ukraine POV

Yes I am a Rusphil and u want my brother and Phil to be together and be a couple although Belarus is being creepy and sometimes it scares me.

One time he asked us with a creepy voice "So eheheh" followed by a Creepy reeeeeee.

Ofcourse Canada and I were both shock and the only thing we could say was "What the ****" with our eyes both wide open.

Phil POV

I have packed my bags and I'm all ready to go. I kinda feel excited. I don't know why because I already came to Russia and explored a bit when I was still the Philip everyone knows and loves.

But I must not act like that again or else they will take advantage of my kindness.

I shrug those emotions off and I call Martial to let them know I'll be leaving.

"Hello kuya martial say hello to Kuya Del for me, everything alright there?, I'll be leaving now goodbye I'll be back in a few days" I say " Hello Pip everything's ok Goodbye have a safe trip and you deserve a break have fun and I'll tell Del" Martial says and I Say Ok to thanks.

I take a deep breath welp time for a break. off to Russia.

I say and I get in my Private Jet "We will be leaving now Mr. Philippines" the Pilot said from the speaker "Alright" I say to him.

I put on a neck pillow and think while closing my eyes no more sleep deprivation no more problems for me to deal with well for now.... And no more ame.  And I drift to sleep

Meanwhile In The Philippines

Del is screaming and is very stressed Also is martial why? Because they promised Phil that no one will know and it will be a secret.....

"Del..." Martial says "WHAT!!" Del says "Phil is going on Russia now" Martial says and Del calms down and rubs his temples "We need to act fast Phil must  not know and America must not know or else he will go to Russia" Del says "Well Phil will know sooner or later" Martial says "Wanna send the guards to America to watch America's moves and if he will go to Russia?" Martial adds and Del nods.

After a few hours Phil finally arrived in Russia.

Once Phil got out of the Jet he got Greeted by a large sign saying welcome to Russia that Belarus and Ukraine were holding.

Phil just smile and walks over to them Ukraine and Belarus Says "Welcome to Russia Phil" with a big Smile.

"Thank you very much" Phil says and Belarus says "Phil let's go now there isn't much time no time for explaining" before Phil can react he got pushed into a limo and Belarus and Ukraine also went in.

The car was driving very fast and Phil was confused "why Are we going so fast are there reporters that saw me?" Phil asks and the two other countries just sweats.

In a few minutes they finally arrived and Phil immediately got dragged out of the car and into the Mansion Phil admired the decorations "wow" Phil says "we know you will live the decorations and your welcome phil" Ukraine says.

And again Phil got grabbed very quickly in a room it was dark Phil couldn't see anything next thing he knows he gotta stripped and was getting dressed in different clothing.

While that Chaos was happening another Limousine pulled up and out came Kazakhstan and Russia just got back form a business trip. They were heading to the door.

Kazakhstan had an earpiece to talk with his other Brothers. "We are almost ready get Russia to the door now we're getting Phil to the door also.

Phil got pushed out of the door and got dragged to the Front door.

The time when Phil was at the door standing still the door suddenly opens and reveals Russia when they made eye contact.

Belarus and Ukraine both popped a thing that shoots out confetti but instead of confetti they shot out petals of sampaguitas and Camomile and also shouted surprise. And one full Camomile flower landed on Phil's head.

Russia? Phil? They both said at the same time and Russia took the flower on top of Phil's head and gave it to Phil and he also brushed of some of the petals off Phil's face and head.

Meanwhile Belarus and Kazakhstan were crying tears of joy while Belarus' nose is bleeding and Ukraine is just smiling.

"H-hello" Russia and Phil both said.
"Since when did you get here Phil?" Russia asked "I just arrived not even and hour ago or maybe an hour ago" Phil replies and adds "WAIT YOU DIDN'T KNOW I WAS COMING BUT BELARUS SAID YOU KNEW ALREADY??!!!".

"No I didn't know you were coming, I just got home from a business trip and I'm actually happy that you are here" Russia says and they both look away blushing.

And they walk towards Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine. "Best suprise ever" Russia says and Phil can't help but smile at that sentence "A- and S-sunshine" Russia Stutters "Yes Russia?" Phil asks "Y-You l-look pretty in that d-dress" rusisa says "why tha- WAIT WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY DRESS "

Phil panics and looks at the butlers that are holding a large mirror, he looked in the mirror and dang he was embarrassed and and angry af at Belarus and Ukriane.

He was wearing a Beauty Red dress that shows his shoulders and has ruffles at the top.

Russia scratches his back his face completely red he is flustered af.

And Belarus, Ukraine and Kazakhstan is ready to run.

Phil started counting 3..... 2....... 1.......

The three starts running and Phil gets a slipper out of his Luggage and chases the three.

Russia just laughs and thinks thats why he loves his sunshine so much he is very special.
