After that Russia comes in with flowers followed by his brothers that also has some gifts.

They go to Phil and put the gifts down Besides Philip.  Russia gives Philip the Flowers and says "how are you feeling sunshine I mean Phil I was so worried when they said you were in the hospital, you want me to cut of that American's ***** off or his head or both? Now everyone is looking at Russia and they say ,"Russia can you take care of Phil yes ok goodbye" del says and everyone leaves before Russia can say anything.

"I'll just sit here on the couch and say something if you need anything ok Sunshi- I mean Phil" Russia says and turns around to go to the couch and Phil interrupts him and says "it's fine you can call me Sunshine if you want" Phil says and Russia becomes happy and Pats Phil's head and says "thank you so much Phil" then Russia realizes what he was doing both of them Red AF and Russia quickly went to the sofa and both of them said "Goodnight"

After a while Russia falls asleep not knowing that Phil is watching him and starts to drift to sleep

About 4 am Russia is awake and is Watching his Sunshine sleep he smiles Phil looks so peaceful and he says.
