part seven - answers

*time skip to after she told Daniel everything*

*Anai's POV*

Daniel - "So you're telling me, I'm dating the future Queen of Mermaids, whose grandmother was slain by her own daughter and this darkness that inhabited your mother is out to get you, and that what I saw circling you was the Darkness?" he said with concern written all over his face

Anai - "Yep" I said popping the 'p' at the end

Daniel - "Wow, you know I'll fight by your side no matter what right?" he looked up at me with his gorgeous blue eyes

Anai - "Daniel-" I started

Daniel - "Right, don't talk about it. Got it. Well we have school tomorrow and it's really late so I say I drive you home now." He said with his goofy smile plastered on his face

Anai - "Okay" I sighed, not really wanting to go home now that I remembered what my mother did all those years ago

*Daniel's POV*

Me and Anai both walked to my car and got in, I can't believe that she was my girlfriend. Like I've had a crush on her since the day we met, and now I finally get to call her mine. Wow that felt so right for some reason. I looked over to the passengers seat to see her staring out the side of the car, I placed my hand on her thigh.

Daniel - "What's on your mind baby?" I asked her

Anai - "Uh, I was just wondering how I was supposed to protect you, or God even myself, if worst comes to worst all I can do is shape water into anything I want it to, freeze it, heat it up, and talk/control all of the animals of the sea." She said as if it was no big deal

My mouth gaped open and I think she noticed because she bursted out laughing.

Daniel - "Okay one, if it makes you feel better, I can stay at your's or you can stay at mine, and two, WHAT THE HELL?! You are totally showing me wherever we go." I said calmly and then progressively got more excited  

Anai - "Okay, okay," she said laughing, "deal."

*time skip to Daniel's house*

*Anai's POV*

I showed him all of my powers and he looked at me like I was superwoman or something, no wait better yet aquaman. He was starstruck, you could tell.

Daniel - "Wow, you Anai Rose Morales, are something different and please never change who you are." He said with little sparks in his eyes

Anai - "I won't, I swear. Also can you sing me something so I can fall asleep?" I asked while yawning

Daniel - "Anything for you princess" he said as he kissed my forehead and got up to go get his guitar

As soon as my wonderful boyfriend started singing, I immediately started closing my eyes and fell right asleep.

*time skip to the school day, STEM class*

STEM class was right before lunch and it's been a rough day to say the least. Once all the popular girls found out Dani was taken, and not only taken but taken by me, they started harassing me every time they got the chance. Walking down the hallways to STEM was probably one of the worst part of my day so far, as I was holding Dani's hand I heard things like "slut", "whore", and "b*tch" while walking down the hallway, not to mention that everyone was staring. I'm guessing Daniel heard it to because he spun me around to face him in the middle of everybody, grabbed my waist and pulled me into a kiss. Once he was done he got everyone's attention.

Daniel - "EXCUSE ME EVERYONE, BUT IF YOU HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY GIRLFRIEND AND WHO SHE IS GET THE HECK OUT OF HERE BECAUSE I COULD GIVE A CRAP LESS ABOUT YOU, NOW LEAVE US ALONE." he screamed making sure everyone heard him

We finally made it to STEM class and I was glad, I sat next to Adrianna and Hope and we all started talking.

Hope - "Sooooooooooo, you and Daniel are finally a thing huh?" she winked while pointing at Daniel

Anai - "Yea, I love him I really do." I said while looking at him, he looked back at me and started smiling

Adrianna - "Aw look at who got hit with Cupid's arrow" she said laughing

Hope and Adrianna - "Y'all are really cute together"

And that was the last thing I hear before I got lost in his eyes and he got lost in mine.

*lunch*

I was sitting at the boy's table and invited Adrianna and Hope to sit with us, and we were all talking when suddenly we all heard a loud "BOOM" at the front of the school and thats when everything went to hell in a handbasket.
