part eighteen

*Daniel's POV*

Today was me and Anai's two month, I still can't believe I have been dating the literal girl of my dreams for two whole months, I guess you could say it was unbelievable. I decided to get her a surprise, I know this was risky since I knew she didn't like surprises, but I mean she couldn't hate them that much right? I mean there's not one person in the world who completely and uderly hates surprises right?

*Anai's POV*

God I completely and uderly hate surprises.

*Daniel's POV*

I head out of my front door, Anai still in bed sleeping like the angel she is. Before I leave I write her a note telling her I'll be out for a bit, once I finish writing the note I place it on the bed side table that is beside her side of the bed and plant a soft kiss on her forehead.

'God how did I get so lucky?' I think to myself as I walk out of my house and to my car.

As I got into the car I was thinking about what I should get the girl who means the world to me, and suddenly it hits me. I should get her a star! And then I can get one of those cheesy certificates and go to a jewlery store and get her a charm bracelet with like a planet charm, or maybe a ring? I have no idea yet, all I know is that she will love it.

*2 hours later*

I finally have everything set and ready and now all I need to do is go home, but I need to make sure Anai isn't in the room. I decide to text her.

hey babe could you make me some breakfast?

Princess<3

ofc anything for my baby :)

'yes, my plan is working' I think to myself as I pull into the driveway

Once I got into the house I carefully bring everything into the room and close the door, I get out the certificate that proved I had bought the star and I named it one of Anai's favorite words, "Ameliorate", it means to make something bad better. Anai is my ameliorate.

After everything is set up I call her in.

"Princess can you come here for a second?" I say

"Yea sure" she responds

As I see her small figure in the door frame, I smile to myself and pull her into a hug,

"Happy two months princess" I whisper into her ear

"Happy two months" she giggles back, God that laugh

I start to pull away and she looks behind me and she looks... mad? Oh no.

"DANIEL WHAT THE HECK" she yelled

I looked straight into her blue eyes, or crimson now.

'her siren, I'm dead now' I think to myself

My eyes flash to the glass of water that is on the bedside table, right as I break eye contact her siren lifts the water and turns it into the shape of a... spear. I'm so dead.

I look at them in fear, her eyes switching back and forth, she's fighting but it isn't enough, finally her siren took over long enough to launch the spear right towards my... heart. I crouch down in fear and  place my head between my knees. Finally I hear something

"ENOUGH" I hear Anai scream, I assume she regained control over her murderous siren

I'm too afraid remove my head from its place between my knees but I can hear her careful footprints come towards my huddled position. 

"Dani- I'm sorry" was all I heard before my little sobs were all I could hear, after a while I feel her start to walk away, hesitant but surely walking away.

'reach out for her hand stupid' I said to myself, but I just.. couldn't

Soon I don't feel the footprints anymore.

'she's gone' and after that I let it all out, and in the back of my mind, all I could think about is where is she going?
