"What are you laughing at?" Jane's cousin spat out, shifting her expression back to one of fury as she turned to face me. She was so small that it had me wondering if she was even a teen.

"Because," I said in between fits of laughter, "All- Allypooh."

Alan joined her in the glare and they both directed it towards me.

"What?"

"Allypooh is a great nickname. Don't laugh at it."

"Sure, Jane's cousin."

"I have a name."

"What a revelation. I would've never thought of it, Jane's cousin."

She looked like she would burst out into a tantrum or wanted to beat me up. Maybe both.

"My name is Chloe."

"Sure."

I could see a vein pop on her head. Barely withholding a snicker, I gave her the poker face Alan always had on.

"What do you mean by that? And you," she said, turning her attention back to Avery, who was busy searching for a good movie to watch.

"Yes?"

"You told me he went to the forest. He wasn't there."

"That's strange."

"There were only bugs and those pesky spiders," she accused.

"Who would've guessed? Well at least you found him," Avery said, offering her a smile.

"You- You both are-"

"What?" We asked at the same time, a grin on our faces.

"So annoying. And..." she trailed off, her eyes searching the room. "Where's Allypooh?"

I searched around the room which was considerably less crowded than before. Just as Jane's cousin had said, Alan was nowhere to be seen. So were Jane and Leo.

Where did they go?

"Where's Allypooh?" The petite girl demanded, stomping her foot.

"How old are you again?"

"Answer me. Where's Ally?"

"She's 14. I think," Avery chimed in, getting up from the couch and yawning.

"You guys are so-"

"Annoying?" I offered.

"Thanks, its our pleasure," Avery said, doing a mock bow.

She groaned, walking fast and slamming the door shut behind her.

"Where are they anyway?" I asked Avery, checking the room once again just in case they hid.

"Jane went to get some drinks, Leo went to get popcorn and Al.." she trailed off, searching the room with her eyes, "I have no idea. Liv, see if there's a good movie. I'll get the others." She headed out of the room, mumbling something about ice-cream.

"He must've gone out," I muttered to myself, plopping on the couch.

"No, I'm actually here," Alan replied from behind the couch, his head popping up into my field of vision.

I yelped, falling off the couch and landing on my ass painfully.

"Bloody hell."

"You really are clumsy," he noted with a smirk, sitting down on the couch.
