Connor was walking back home, several meters ahead of Sabrina and Harvey, eager to be anywhere but between the two lovebirds. All was normal until he climbed the stairs to his porch, intestines covering the door handle.

He heard Sabrina from behind him, "Do you wanna come in, to say hi?"

Connor shook his head trying to catch Sabrina's eye as Harvey said, "Sure."

Sabrina, now seeing what Connor was trying to keep Harvey from seeing pulled him back, saying, "Actually, Harvey, I forgot, my aunts are having some people over. Can we take a rain check?"

"Um, yeah, sure, but--"

"Thanks so much for understanding," Sabrina cut him off with a kiss, "I'll see you at school tomorrow. Bye."

He smiled before turning to head down the driveway, "Bye."

She waited until he was out of sight before turning to stand beside Connor, looking at the intestines hung over their door.

"Aunties, Ambrose," Sabrina shouted as Connor opened the door, "Can anyone explain why it looks like The Texas Chainsaw Massacre has been nailed to our door?"

Aunt Hilda snorted, "Oh, dear. I'll get some soap and sponges."

"And I'll get a plastic bag to collect the lamb entrails," Ambrose said.

"Lamb entrails," Connor echoed, "But that means that--"

Aunt Zelda cut him off, "It's a message from the Council, Sabrina. It means our family's been selected to participate in this years' Feast of Feasts."

"Oh, fun," Connor said sarcastically, "That's always a good time."

Minor Timeskip:

Connor and Ambrose had cleaned up the lamb intestines, the prior retrieving his familiar before joining his sister and aunts at their kitchen table.

"Feast of Feasts, Sabrina, is one of our coven's holiest holidays," Aunt Zelda began, "It's similar to mortal Thanksgiving, but--"

"The menu is slightly different," Ambrose cut her off, wiping his wet hands on Sabrina's top, then her head.

"Not sure slightly is the correct term, Ambrose," Connor commented, Ambrose just shrugged.

"It's meant to honor the single greatest sacrifice a witch ever made to save her coven," Aunt Zelda explained.

"Praise Sister Freya," Aunt Hilda said, "May we meet again."

"Who's Freya," Sabrina asked.
