Raven stopped the rover just outside Mount Weather. I hopped out of the back with a small grunt. It's been a week since Bellamy told me that Clarke has a bounty on her and she's known as Wanheda; commander of death. He had found her, but a grounder had taken her and stabbed Bellamy in the leg with a knife.
I heard Octavia groan before speaking as she hopped out of the rover. "I knew I should've taken my horse."
I turned to Bellamy, who was looking off into the distance. I pursed my lips as I stood beside him. "Hey." He looked at me. "The summit delegation will be fine."
Bellamy shook his head, looking off into the distance as he licked his lips. "I should be there."
I raised an eyebrow at him. "Then you wouldn't be here with me."
A smile slowly made its way into Bellamy's lips as he looked at me. "You make a good argument."
I smiled. "Yeah, and as soon as your leg heals, you'll be right back out there."
The boy rolled his eyes. "Yeah, my legs fine. Kane's trying to teach me a lesson."
"Oh yeah? What's that? Don't get stabbed in the leg?" I sassed as Bellamy walked to the rover. He grabbed a bag, throwing it to me, in a rough, playful manner, a smile on his face. I smiled as he walked over to me, grabbing the bag on the ground beside me.
"Hey, guys. Did I ever tell you how I saved Sinclair's ass on the Ark?" Raven spoke up.
"Please don't," Octavia begged.
I smiled as I walked beside my friend Gina. "You and Bellamy seem to be doing well," she said to me as Bellamy walked beside Octavia in front of us.
I bit my lip, smiling. "Yeah, we are. We've been through a lot together and we understand each other. I think that's what makes us good together."
"Nah," Gina said with a scoff. I looked at her confused. "He wouldn't last a day without you."
I stifled a laugh, looking at Bellamy as we walked into Mount Weather. "You hear that, Bellamy? Gina here thinks you won't last a day without me."
The boy in front of me let out a scoff. "Thought we were all on the same team, Gina?" He joked.
The girl beside me laughed. "Sorry, Bellamy, but your girlfriend is a total badass."
"You second that," Raven butted in. The sound of voices and music got louder as we reached the dining area inside Mount Weather. I watched as Pike stood up. Pike taught the 100 Earth Skills before we were sent to the ground. That's actually why he taught us.
"Welcome," the man greeted with a smile. "Come, join us."
The five of us stepped down the three small steps, entering the dining area.
"Someone's made themselves at home," Raven mumbled under her breath to Gina and I.
I added a comment. "There must be thirty of them in here."
"36, but the more the merrier," Pike corrected.
The man chuckled as Bellamy stepped forward, shaking hands. Octavia raised an eyebrow. "36? Wow. The grounders are gonna think we moved in."
Pike's smile fell as he spoke. "Well, there was more room than the inn."
"And this is your option?" Octavia asked, butting in.
"O," Bellamy warned.
The girl's expression never changed as she spoke. "I'm out of here."
I pursed my lips awkwardly as Octavia turned on her heel, giving her bag to Raven before leaving.
