Ross' POV
I walked into the room to see Laura still sleeping in bed. I smiled and walked over, placing her cupcake on the nightstand. "Laury? Wake up" I cooed. She groaned and stirred. "It's my birthday! Why can't you let me sleep" she whined. I laughed, "Like that'll ever happen." She replied with a huff and the rolling of her eyes. She sat up on her elbows, her hair a mess, and the long sleeve hoodie shirt she was wearing was all wrinkly from the way she was sleeping. "What do you want Ross?"
"Okay Ms. I got an attitude served with sass" I pouted. She rolled her eyes, smiling as she giggled a bit. "Oh my god, she laughed" I screamed dramatically and she punched my shoulder. "Whyyyyyy" I whined. "Maddy is still sleeeeepppiinnnngggggggg" she whined back.
Laura's POV
"Well I can-" "Don't you dare wake up Maddy." "But it isn't as fun without my little girl! Maddy is my favorite person ever!" I glared and he chuckled nervously. "I love you" he smiled. "Mmhm, you better" I glared. "Okay moving on!"
He sat on the bed and pulled me into his lap, his arms around my waist. "Hi" I smiled. He laughed, "Hola mi amor, mi nombre es Ross. Estoy a prendindo a habla espanol." "What did you just say" I squeaked.
"HOME INVASION! THIS IS NOT MY HUSBAND! MADDY-" Ross slapped his hand over my mouth and laughed loudly. "I said, Hello my love, my name is Ross. I'm learning how to speak spanish" Ross smiled.
Ross POV
"Just eat your cupcake" I rolled my eyes playfully and reached over. I grabbed the chocolate cupcake with sprinkles, smiling. "There. A sweet for my sweetie" I kissed her cheek. She smiled as her cheeks heated with red blush. "You didn't have to do all of this" she smiled. "Yes I did." She smiled and took some of the frosting from the cupcake, booping it on my nose. Maddy walked in, yawning. "Hi Mommy. Daddy you have frosting on your nose" she giggled. I smiled and patted on the bed. She ran over and plopped on the bed. "Daddy?" "Yeah princess" I asked wrapping my arm around her shoulder. "Why is there chocolate on your nose?"
