Well I can tell you now that mum wasn't very happy when she signed my detention slip. She still isn't very happy and has grounded me once again. I go to school, do my detention and be home by 4:30pm for the rest of the month. I guess I deserve it... I really shouldn't have gone off at Chaz like that.

School this morning was torture as everywhere I went people stared and laughed or just plain ignored me. Jessicah was the only person who I could talk to but she wasn't even at school.

I went to all my lessons and sat alone in the back corner of the room. I just felt alone in the world. Up until now, the last lesson of the day, i've been by myself and harassed because of Noah. Everyone knows and people just can't seem to accept it. That's the reason I kept it a secret!

Right now i'm on my way to a counselling session. Once the counsellor had found out about ever thing that was going he made an appointment for me to see him... I didn't even have a say!

I knocked on the door and a males voice told me to enter. I pushed the door open and found that I had a different counsellor then before.

"Justin?" He asked, reading off his clipboard.

I nodded and sat down across from him. I crossed my arms and slouched down in my chair.

"You know that's bad for your back?" He said, referring to the way I was sitting.

I shrugged. "I really couldn't care less." Honestly I was just happy that someone was talking to me.

"Well okay then. Let's start. How have you been?" He asked the most annoying question known to man.

I shrugged again. "How do you think i've been?! I'm not the one who made the appointment."

He sighed. "Okay i'll go straight to the point. Is it true?" He clicked his pen ready to write.

"Is what true?" I asked pretending to be oblivious.

He cleared his throat. "That you have a son." This topic seemed new to him.

I looked away and started playing with my hands. I so badly wanted to say no but it was too late. "Yes. It's true."

From the corner of my eye I saw him nod. "How old is he Justin?"

I kept the answers specific to what he was asking. "Three."

He wrote that down... I think. "Can I go now?"

He laughed. "No, not yet. What's his name and who's the mother?"

"Noah and her name is Sarah. Doesn't go to this school." I tapped my foot on the ground like I was getting impatient.

He shook his head. "You have any connection with her?"

I shook my head in return. "Not at all. She could be dead for all I know."  I heard the bell go meaning it was the end of the day. "Can I go now? I have a detention."

He sighed. "Yes you can but i'll book another appointment for tomorrow so we can finish." He wrote another thing down on his clipboard.

"Whatever." I replied and left the room.

The corridors were filled with people chatting and laughing and making plans for the night. As I was walking I heard my name a few times but I really couldn't care anymore. I just kept my head low and walked faster with each step until I reached the detention room.

I walked in and took a seat in the far corner of the room. I was the first one there and as the clock got closer to 3:10, which was the time detention started, more and more people came in. There was about 14 people in here by the time the door closed. The four regular kids that are always here and some new faces.

The teacher was late by five minutes and people started complaining but the noise level wasn't very high as everyone was scared of the teacher that comes here. He never smiled and if he doesn't like you... you're in trouble.

"Alright. There is to be no talking or phones until 4:15pm which is when the bell rings allowing you little pests to go home." He sat down behind the desk and placed his feet up on it pulling out a magazine.

Everyone had their head down on the desk, some had their phones or a magazine under their desk secretly. I sighed and decided to get my phone out too... i've already got a weeks detention, what will another one do?

I unlocked it and realised that I had 13 missed calls from Jessicah. I hadn't heard my phone go off as I had it on silent. I deleted all the missed calls and opened one of the messages I had from her.

'Justin. I'm not at school today as I have a feeling that the baby is close. I'll keep you updated.'

I opened another. 'Hey Justin... all is well here. I probably should have just gone to school aye? lol'

Then I opened the last one... the one I got after all the missed calls. 'JUSTIN! I know this is a bad time but.. how do I put this... MY WATER BROKE! Pleeease come to the hospital as soon as you can. I need you. <3'

My mouth had dropped in shock and I threw my phone back into my bag. What a bad time to get that message!? I had to think of a way out of here but that teacher's not just going to let me walk out.

I put my hand up and he saw. "What is it? Are you dying?" He asked in a flat tone.

I shook my head. "No I just want to know if the door is unlocked?" I nodded over to the door. Some people laughed at my question and others rolled their eyes.

He looked confused. "Of course not, it's locked. It wouldn't be detention if it was." He went back to his magazine.

Well that answers my question of door or window. I stood up and put my bag over my shoulder adn walked over to the window, turning the key and opening it all the way.

"What are you doing?" The teacher asked and stood up.

I threw my bag outside. "Oh me? I'm leaving."

The class started laughing even more and he started walking over to me as I threw my legs over the ledge. "STOP LAUGHING!" He turned back to me. "No you're not!"

I laughed. "I'm not? Okay i'm not. You keep believing that." He stood frozen with shock at being spoken back to by a student. I patted him on the shoulder and jumped down from the ledge.

I ran to my car trying to get the laughter from my mind. I couldn't believe this was actually happening... I was going to be in huge trouble once I got home.
