School....

Rubi's P.O.V.

So we went out for dinner last night and everyone looked amazing it wasnt to awkward but Kendall just didnt really talk to anyone as you can imagine once she went home we all went back to Lucy's house and started drinking so we all ended up crashing there the night.

"Rubes, Rubes wake up" Luke said as he shook me awake "Come on its 7:00 we needa go back to yours and get ready ill just use my spare clothes at your house" he said as he picked me up.

"Morning Luke" I said as he sat me down in the car 

"Morning how'd you sleep?" he asked

"Yeah good you?" I asked

"Yeah it was alright, how much did we drink last nigt?" He asked another question 

"Alot im guessing" I laughed 

The rest of the trip was silent and I fell asleep again. I woke up when Luke picked me up.

"Luke I can walk" I said 

"No its fine your tired ill carry you" He insisted 

I just let it go because he was right, I was tired so I didnt want to argue. As he had no hands because he was holding me bridal style he had to ring the door bell. Kendall quikley answered the door. To be honestly looked really shocked. "Hey Kenz" Luke said "Where were you last night Rubi!" she asked sounding angry "Out I stayed at Lucy's house, everyone did and Luke brang me home to get ready for school oh  and we leave in half hour be ready" I said 

Luke carried me up to my room and layed me down on my bed and kissed my forehead and said "just sleep for a bit ill have a shower and then ill wake you up" 

"No lukey I need to have a shower first I take longer to get ready please" I begged

"No" he said

"Luke!! please" I said 

"Hop in your bikinis, we can shower together."

we hopped in the shower together, and we talked about last night a bit, Luke decided to hop out of the shower to find his spare clothes

Luke's P.O.V

I hopped out of the shower to find my spare clothes in Rubi's room  but I ran into Kendall when she walked into Rubi's room and over to the closet but she didnt notice me standing there she soon noticed i was there and she ran out the door, we had to talk I chased after her when she tried to run down the stairs, I grabbed her arm and told her we needed to talk and all she said was "Actually um, we don't."

"Luke can you let go of me." Kendall said struggeling to get away

"Not till we finish talking." he stated

"Well hurry up, I have better things to do" She responded

She's so fiesty when she's angry

"It's not that i don't want to talk to you at school.." Kendall cut him off, "I don't want to hear excuses, let go of me." she screamed

"Fine but I will eventually talk to you." Luke whispers in her ear, as she finally comes free from his grip and storms off back up stairs and into Rubi's room to get what ever she needed to get out of there.

As I walked up there I could hear them talking, actually talking not yelling. I stood outside the door and listened to their conversation.

"Kenz" I heard R say 

"Yeah?" Kenz Questioned her

"We needa talk please, sit?" R calmly asked 

I heard them walk over and sit on the bed as it squeeked from where Ashton and I had broken it one year.

"Okay so you know I love you and stuff and if I had it my way I would talk to you at school a-and so would Lukey-luke" Rubes said. but why didnt she say Lukey? whyd she change it to Luke? oh well doesnt matter.

"Well then why dont use?" Kenz asked

"Because we cant you dont understand, we can say a quick hey how are you but we cant stay with you or sit with you" Rubi paused I could tell she was hurting and all I wanted to do was go in there and comfort my best friend "we can still drive you to school and hang out, out of school hours and we can go to parties together because at parties its not school hours so we can talk to who ever we want to talk to becasue once its school again no one can talk about what happened at the party unless Luke or I say so as were the 'head' populars or whatever" She paused again and I noticed she was crying "Im so so sorry" she chocked out. By this stage I couldnt handle is anymore so I walked in and comforted her like any best friend would Kendall left the room with out saying anything she just gave Rubes a weak smile.

"Are you okay?" I asked her

"How long were you listening for?" she asked me avoiding my question

"The whole time, W-why didnt you call me Lukey?" I partly stuttered, it kind of hurt that she didnt call me lukey she had been calling me that since 5th grade and were now in 11th.

"Because s-she doesnt like it when I call you Lukey" she said her voice shaking her sobbing wasnt getting any better

"Okay well you've been calling me Lukey for years so please keep calling me Lukey and only you call me that you know that so please dont stop it hurt when you just said Luke" I said 

"Okay I promise, but we have to go to school" she said as she stood up and whiped her tears she put her hand out to help me up and I let her try help me but I was too heavy obviously so she ended up falling and we both just sat there laughing.

"No seriously we have to go now" She said as she stood up

"Okay fine" I said and stood up and followed her down the stairs 

"Come On Kenz were going now" Rubes said from the front door 

"Im not coming today I dont feel too well" Kenz said 

"Oh do you want us to drive you to a doctor?"Rubi asked

"Nah I should be fine" Kenz said, she so wasnt sick I wasnt falling for that 

Rubi and I walked over to my car and got in.

"Im gonna call Ashy now" She said 

"Okay put him on speaker?" I said more as a question

she dialled his number and put him on speaker like she said she would and no surprise he answered straight away

"Hey Ashy your on speaker im with Luke" she said 

"Oh Hey babe hey Luke" He said 

"Hey" I said as I started the car 

"Are you coming to school today ?" Rubi asked Ashton 

"Yeah of course I am I actually just pulled in ill see you in a few okay" he said 

"yep" she said as she hung up the phone
