School... and the terrible date

Luke's P.O.V

"Crap Luke" she said

"What Rubi, What happened." I said

"If she doesn't come to school, that means Cal and Mikey are still waiting for Kendall they will get in trouble but i dont have my phone, It died." Rubi exclaimed

"I dont have a phone either, but we cant talk to them." Luke said

"We have to let them get in trouble for once." Luke babbled on

we parked in our car space that no one dares to park in because we can ruin their whole school reputation and lives.

"Why couldn't she of just came to school, I really dont understand her Lukey." She said very annoyingly 

"She's very confusing, we were all good and then BAM she hates me for no reason, like what the hell." my temper blowing up

"What do you mean (no reason) she definently has a reason, it's not being able to talk at school, she thought you might of liked her or some crap, so she was just really shocked and sad that you being popular had to go between you guys." Rubi went on and on

"oh, I didnt know I made her feel this way." I told Rubi

"Yeah, well now do you know why she was so upset?" Rubi tried to explain

"I thought you was just over reacting, do you think ill be able to talk to her this arvo?" I asked 

"Im not too sure, I don't think she was sick, I think she was upset. Who would want to go to school with her cousin and friends that she made and not be able to talk to them." Rubi explained to me

"Do you think she would come with me to dinner?" I asked Rubes

"Im not too sure about that Luke." Rubes told me as she pulled me out of the car

What have I done, I lead her on.

"What if I buy her something nice, like another guitar or a new dress?" I questioned Rubi

"I guess you cold try Lukey, but im not too sure about this, she's pretty angry with you at the moment." Rubi indicated

"You head off to school Rubi, I have to do something." I told her

I need to get Kendall to school, I feel so bad, maybe I should get her a croissant 

"No come on Luke, we can't be late." Rubi said as she pulled me out of the car.

"Fine." I whispered irritably

"What were you going to do anyway Luke?" R said

"Ah-ahh nothing R, yeah nothing, just some fresh air." I hesitated, "i am the worst liar today, i have to pick up my a game." I murmured

Whats wrong with me, what on earth was I going to do, why did I say, I had to do something, i have absolutely nothing to do. 

"umm ok them Lukey." Rubi said with a puzzeled look on her face.

I hope she didn't know, what I was thinking. 

I wrote a note for the boys Calum and Michael, saying "Kendall isn't at school, get to class." then I signed my name. Luke.

We met Ash at the school gate. Then head off to our area, next to the drinking fountain at the canteen.

"Hey girls." i yelled with excitement

Only if they knew i wasn't too happy with myself, all I wanted to do was get home get dressed go to the shops and get Kendall a new guitar and a nice outfit.
