You and Grim walk down the stone path leading to the Heartslabyul Dorm. You had just came from Mr.S's Mystery Shop to pick up ingredients. Your bag was filled with strawberries, whipping cream, and eggs. Trey had asked you to help him with baking strawberry tarts for the upcoming unbirthday party.

As you walked toward the front entrance, you could see Cater, Ace, and Deuce painting the roses. Well, at least trying their best to. Deuce accidentally turned a rose blue instead of red. You heard him sigh in frustration. "Yo! Y/N- chan!" Cater exclaimed as he approached you. "What brings you here?"

"Trey asked me to help him make some tarts." You replied. " Do you know if he's in the kitchen right now?"

"Yup!" Cater said enthusiastically. "He's been dying to see you since this morning ! Now hurry along!" Cater sent you off with a wave and a wink. You couldn't help but think,"That's just how Cater is." But, you couldn't help but hope that Trey thinks of you that way. A small blush formed across your cheeks.

You finally arrived at the kitchen and instantly smell the scent of pastries. "Hey Y/N!" Trey said as he continued to prepare the ingredients. "Did you get the extra ingredients I asked?" You placed the bag on the table and began to wash the strawberries.

"Yup!" You replied. "I made sure to pick the best strawberries from the bunch."

"Woah, those  look pretty good." Trey said as he popped one in his mouth. "They are perfectly sweet."

"Hey I want one too!" Grim whined as he jumped onto the counter. You washed one of the strawberries and fed it to Grim. "Yummy!" He said as he licked his lips. You couldn't tell, but a tinge of jealousy sparked within Trey as he watched you feed Grim.

"Shall we get started?" Trey said as he handed you some dough. "Could you roll that out and put in in the tin?"

"Sure thing." You replied as you floured your surface and grabbed the rolling pin. It was quiet as you two were rolling the dough and shaping it into the pan. Trey decided to break the silence.

"Thank you so much for helping me bake today. I really appreciate it." He said as he gave you a smile.

"Of course!" You replied. "You have helped me a lot when I first came here, so I want to repay you in some way. So if you need me to do anything, don't be afraid to ask." Trey's eye widened and slowly turned into a smirk.

"Anything, huh?" He thought in his head. There were many things that we he would want  you to do. (I will leave it to your imagination to think what he's imagining hehe~)

The crusts were finished and then were put into the oven to pre-bake. Grim sat in the chair in the corner of the room, and seemed to be very bored. He rested his chin in his paw and swayed his tail left and right as he watched you two make the batter. He glanced out the window and saw Deuce and Ace struggling to paint the roses.

Grim gets up from his seat and starts to walk out of the kitchen. "It seems that Deuce and Ace don't how how to change the colors of mere roses. The Great Grim shall show them how it's done!" He exits the kitchen with a grin. However, you don't have a good feeling about it.

"Let hope he doesn't burn the roses," Trey said with a chuckle. You both continue to make the tart while having small talk here and there. He said that oyster sauce would make the tart taste even better. You were shocked but a little skeptical. You decide to believe him anyway since Trey seemed to be very smart. He laughed at how gullible you were. Thus left you embarrassed.

The crusts were done and you poured the batter in it. Then it went back into oven. You prepped the whipped cream as Trey started cutting the strawberries and making the glaze. You whisked the cream until it was fluffy.
