"Why do you always stay with him even though it hurts?" I made a furious stare at her, obviously taunting "Bobo ka ba?"
Nakita ko ang sabay-sabay na paglingon nilang tatlo sa akin. Lips parted in sync while annoyance was plastered in their faces. Tumaas ang kilay ko at natawa. I was only trying to make fun of them. Masyado kasi silang seryoso!
Lahat sila pinagkakaguluhan si Mikee na kasalukuyang umiiyak sa hapag. Her drama fucking ruined my appetite.
"Hoy, babaeng hiwalay sa asawa!" Sigaw ni Mikee habang tinututok ang tinidor sa'kin. Nagulat ako at nilakihan agad siya ng mata.
"Tanga ! Di pa kami annulled" I exclaimed then laughed.
"Mamahalin din ako ni Quinton pabalik. Then we'll get married, eventually we'll have kids too. We will live the life together, lovingly. We will live happily ever after. Makikita niyo! Itaga niyo sa lahat ng bato! " Mikee said with tears in her eyes. I can feel her frustration. I sighed.
Ganyang-ganyan din ang sinabi ko noon. I'll start the new chapter of my life with the man I love, with him, my best friend. I hoped and prayed for a family filled with euphoria.
'And they lived happily ever after'
Kalokohan. Walang ganun. Hindi lahat ng love story natatapos ng masaya.
"Love is something you shouldn't chase, Mikee" I confronted and gave her a penetrating look.
Things just don't always go the way you wanted it to be. I know it's unfair and someday you'll get tired chasing the man of your dreams.
We were forced to finish our foods in a quickie, beating the clock. Tumayo na kami at iniligpit ang mga lunch boxes namin. Sinuot ko ang heels ko dahil tinanggal ko 'to habang kumakain. My toes are swollen, they need to breathe! Pati ba naman sapatos mapanakit! Char.
Sabay-sabay kaming naglakad papunta sa elevator. Nire-renovate kasi ang building namin kaya kung saan-saan muna kami kumakain ngayon.
