Si Cheng ended up sleeping at four in the morning that night.
Ten had cried the entire night, sobbing uncontrollably as he talked to Si Cheng about the incident, how he had been with Johnny, and the latter just told him it would be best if they saw other people.
Si Cheng's blood was boiling with anger. Ten had sacrificed so much for that relationship, had always put himself second, only for Johnny to fucking tell him that he wanted to see other people?! Like who the fuck did he think he was?
Maybe Johnny had been cheating like Ten always thought, and Si Cheng felt a bit ashamed for having always sided with Johnny, defended him saying that Johnny would never cheat on Ten, saying that Johnny was just forgetful, just tired, etc, etc...
Ten had fallen asleep on Si Cheng's lap after crying about everything, and Si Cheng had fallen asleep in that position, patting Ten's head over and over before succumbing to a slumber as well.
Now it was currently 1pm, and as much as Si Cheng tried to force Ten out of bed, the latter wouldn't budge at all.
"Ten, come on, you have to eat something," Si Cheng scolded him, trying to pull him out of bed. Since Si Cheng was in a cast, though, he had to sit down on the bed, and it wasn't as effective. "It's already past one."
"I'm not hungry," Ten muttered under the blankets.
Si Cheng sighed. Since he personally had never gone through a breakup, he didn't know how long you were supposed to be sad about it, although he probably would cut off contact with all humankind if Yuta ended their relationship.
That's probably not the healthiest response, but that was probably what Ten was thinking right at this moment.
"I'll go get us some food, okay?" Si Cheng reached for his crutches nearby and tried to stand. "Is there anything particular you want?"
No answer.
"I'll be back."
