Frost returns to Beacon on his way to his dorm Frost reaches under his sweater to take out his half of the perfect amulet. "Nice necklace." Frost jumps a bit he turns around to see Ruby in her pajamas "Oh, uh...thanks." Frost scans his scroll before entering he's stopped "If it's not too much do you wanna...hang out tomorrow? Zell and Squall said they'll be heading to Vale tomorrow." Frost sighs "I have homework." "Oh...maybe next time." (Two weeks later) Frost was currently in Goodwitch's class Goodwitch scanned the room for one last match "Mr. Oakenshield and Mrs. Nikos step to the stage." 'This should be entertaining.' Weiss on the other hand grew a smirk on her lips 'Finally about time he got taught a lesson.' Goodwitch looks at Frost with a raised eyebrow "Aren't you going to unsheathe your blade Mr. Oakenshield?" Frost chuckles "Just pay close attention and you'll see." "As you wish, begin!"
(Frost Oakenshield Vs Pyrrha Nikos)
Pyrrha starts off by transforming Milo into a rifle while Frost remains standing in his position, Frost teleports side to side to avoid the bullets. Frost shoots off a rapid barrage of energy swords which Pyrrha blocks with her shield. Pyrrha transforms her rifle to a short-sword Frost dodges her attacks effortlessly, once he sees an opening he jabs her in the gut with the tip of his sheath that knocks her back. Frost sends off a blistering barrage of energy sword which Pyrrha once again blocks "I've heard you're the strongest female student here, I'm sure not seeing it." Pyrrha only grins "I've heard that your SeeD's best student but I'm not sure about that if you're not going to do anything." Frost activates his Over Destiny limit breaker Frost is left stunned when he sees her almost un-phased by his limit breaker. Frost casts a lighting spell at Pyrrha's shield as a result, Pyrrha drops her shield, Pyrrha dashes at Frost. Frost quickdraws his blade sparks are seen when their blades clash. Frost blocks all of her strikes Frost teleports back to reduce the distance, Pyrrha charges at him a grin forms on Frost's lips as he surrounds her with a circle of energy swords. He sends them off that staggers her Frost follows up his assault with his Flash limit breaker Pyrrha drops to her knees as Goodwitch calls off the match.
"And the winner is Mr. Oakenshield. What an outstanding duel." Frost sheaths his blade as he heads to the cafeteria for lunch. Frost and his team sit with team JNPR and team RWBY Frost was reading his book until. Zell tosses a paper ball at Frost's head to get his attention "Yo Frost Squall and i are heading to Vale with Blake to get some books, you wanna join?" Frost laughs which confuses Weiss "That's a normal question what's so funny about that?" Frost regains his composure as he closes his book "For starters i never thought i would see Zell read." Zell slams his hand on the table as he stands up "Hey i read if the book is interesting!" Frost was about to say something until Cardin began picking on Velvet, Frost turns around to see him pull on one of her bunny ears. Frost gets up Blake was about to stop him until Seifer shakes his head to stop her, Frost teleports over to Velvet and grabs his arm "Leave her alone." Cardin shakes off Frost's hand as he lets go of Velvet. "Or what Frosty?" The two stare each other down Cardin turns away as he scoffs "Exactly just as i thought." Frost quickdraws his Yamato and attacks with his Eclipse limit breaker some of the students dropped their trays while some yelled in shock. Frost sheaths his Yamato Cardin gets back up more pissed off "Ok that's it-" Frost sends off a blistering barrage of energy swords that sends him sliding across the floor Frost turns towards his team, with his cold stare "If any of you report any of my actions you'll be next. Got it?" each of his team members nod. Frost turns towards Cardin and sends down a hail storm of energy swords Frost turns towards Velvet with a reassuring smile "He won't bother you again Velvet." "Thank you." Coco grabs his arm before he heads back to his table, she lowers her shades to look in his cold blue ones. "I never knew you could be such a badass." "Really i could say the same for you." Frost heads back to his table to grab his book "I'll see you later, i have homework to do."
Weiss simply scoffs when he leaves "Sure 'homework' like what?" Seifer shake his head "Essays, reports, three paged assignments." "How does he get all of this homework?" Seifer sighs for the first time "He asks for it, I call him insane because he stays up for two hours and gets up at dawn to pick up where he left off." Yang on the other hand lets out a sigh "Speaking of homework I have until Friday to return my assignment for Oobleck. And my grades aren't doing well." Squall shakes his head "And then there's our exam." "Well I'm sure going to fail miserably." Blake side glances at Yang "And Ports exam on the history of Sparda." Yang slumps down "Well seems like I'm definitely going to fail." Blake closes her book with a smug grin "I know someone who just may be able to get your grades up as fast as possible, and make your assignments." Yang immediately darts towards Blake "Who!?" "You'll see." Yang stares at Blake with a questioning expression "So this 'someone' is he a friend?" Blake nods "A good one...we both like to read." Yang sighs whilst shaking her head "Another bookworm as if one wasn't enough." "You'll thank me afterwards."
(A few hours later) A beautiful sunset shinned over Beacon as team RWBY headed towards the library Blake led the way to bring Yang to see her tutor "So how old is he, is he good looking?" Blake sighs "Yang! It's his first year here." once they reach the library the Blake scans the area to look for him. Eventually Blake spotted him near a bookshelf looking for a few books for his assignments "There he is." Yang sees a black haired student with his hair covering his left eye "Wow fine choice." Blake sighs "Not him, him." Blake points towards Frost which Yang looks at Blake with a shocked expression. "How did you even befriend him, even Jaune couldn't." Blake simply grins a bit "You just got to know his taste in activates." the group walks up to him Blake observes Frost as he scans through the shelves. "I'm sure you're going to need 'History of grimm' for Oobleck's assignment." "Oh thanks." Frost turns back towards her "I'm sensing that you're not here for a suggested book are you?" "No, you see Yang needs help on some assignments, and her grades are also low." Frost motions for her to continue "And she would like your help to bring her grades back up." Frost turns away disinterested "Oh really huh like what." Blake sighs a bit "The history Mundus and the marriage between Sparda and Eva." Frost slowly verts his gaze back towards Blake. "Ok, now I'm interested. Lucky you i got the books for the assignments."
Half an hour later Yang paced around impatiently while the rest of the team were getting ready to head to Vale "Where is he? How long does it take to turn in a few assignments?" Ruby almost breaks out laughing "Says the one that takes twenty minutes in the shower." a knock was heard at the door Blake opens the door to reveal Frost and his unbreakable straight face "Excuse my late arrival, Coco had to borrow my notes." Frost walked in with a black backpack Ruby waves at Yang "Good luck studying." the rest of the team head out. Yang pats a spot next to her Frost takes out a few more textbooks that he had than the last time yang simply sighs "This is going to take forever." Frost smiles as a response "This should be fun."
