(The next day) Frost got dragged along with his team and team RWBY to Vale Weiss already sees that Vale is already preparing for the Vytal festival. "The Vytal festival! Oh this is absolutely wonderful!" Weiss rambles on a wicked grin forms on Frost's lips "Believe what you will. All that i believe in is the power of my team to stomp all of the pitiful schools participating." Frost follows his statement with a dark chuckle the teams head to the docks that results in Frost becoming disinterested. Frost sees Ruby staring behind him he looks behind him to see a few detectives at a dust store. They check it out although Frost isn't concerned at all it does result in Blake and Weiss arguing between the White Fang, Frost gets annoyed when Weiss describes the faunus "Those faunus know how lie, cheat and steal." Frost glares at Weiss "I'd watch what you're saying Ms. Schnee being a hypocrite could result in you ending up on the wrong path." Frost was about to continue however he gets knocked down by a faunus that runs past him. Frost teleports back up he lets out an angry growl and gives chase after the faunus. Squall has a worried expression "Oh shit that's not good." both teams run after the two Frost eventually loses the faunus out of anger he punches a brick wall, Ruby crashes into another student known as Penny. Frost turns around he pulls Ruby to her feet "Salutations." Frost scoffs not even turning around "Yeah sure." each members of every team introduce themselves. Zell elbows Frost in the side "Frost forget it or don't i don't care." the teams begin walking away. Frost had to listen to Blake and Weiss argue about the faunus which he hated but rapidly began getting more and more annoyed. He tried tuning them out by reading his book, eventually he got fed up with their bickering. As a result he snaps his book shut to listen to the two " I'm a victim! You want to know why i despite the White Fang? Why i don't particularly trust the faunus? It's because they've been in war with my family for years. War as in actual bloodshed. My grandfather's company has had a target painted across its back for as long as i can remember. And ever since i was a child, I've watched family, friends disappear. Board members...executed. An entire train car full of dust stolen. And every day, my father would come home furious. And that made for a very difficult childhood."
Frost gets up from the windowsill he was seated at "You pathetic spoiled brat!" Weiss glares at Frost but quickly switches to shocked upon seeing his glare filled with hatred and malice. "Do YOU think you were the only one who had a difficult childhood huh? No-" Frost storms towards the door only for Ruby to grab his arm "Wait what are you saying?!" Frost lets out a dark laugh with a sinister smile "Weiss you say you're the smartest right?" Weiss nods Frost tosses her his half of the perfect amulet "Figure it out, but honestly i don't care about you, your family or your problems. Bottom line you're just a coward and your father was too weak because Schnee's rely off of money. And you yourself are too scared to face the White Fang." Frost leaves upon leaving the dorms Blake dashes past him, he takes out his book while slowly catching up to her. He sees her in front of a statue "In every cry of every man, in every infants cry of fear, in every voice: in every ban, the mind-forg'd manacles i hear." Frost puts his book back in his coat when he looks up he sees that Blake has removed her bow "I knew you would look better without the bow." Frost looks behind him to see the faunus he sighs as he turns back towards Blake "It's not even worth killing you." Blake walks up to Frost "About what you said earlier, i want to know more about you and your past." Frost nods "Follow me."
the next day Squall wakes up to see that Frost is still gone both teams head back to Vale, Ruby on the other hand is devastated "They have been gone all weekend." Weiss on the other hand shows little sympathy "I'm sure they're fine they're grown up." Seifer snaps in her direction "How could you say that you bitch?! You don't even know Frost like i do!" both teams are surprised by Seifer's outburst while Weiss glares at him "Excuse me Mr. Almasy? How dare you even say that if you hardly even know Blake, and i would probably know Frost if he didn't give everyone the cold shoulder." Seifer scoffs "He saved everyone that was a member of SeeD, including me. He turned me into an ally which is why Squall and i get along so well now. So maybe give him a little respect Ms. Schnee. And i will find him even if it takes all day and all night that even goes for Blake too. And nothing that you say or do can stop me." Seifer walks off with Zell following him Squall sighs, while Weiss angrily stares at him.
Meanwhile Frost, Blake and Sun sit at a café Blake takes a sip from her tea "So you want to know more about me?" Frost nods "And i will gladly tell you about myself...honestly." Sun gazes at the two "Finally you two speak all I've gotten were stares and poetry lines." Frost and Blake give Sun a cold stare "Like that." Blake goes on, on why she left the White Fang "We were being treated like equals, but not out of respect. Out of fear. So i left. I decided i no longer wanted to use my skills to aid their violence. Instead i would dedicate my life to becoming a huntress. So here i am, a criminal hiding in plain view, all with the help of a little black bow." Sun looks at Frost who is surprisingly calm "What about you big guy?" Frost closes his book "Pity would be no more if we dud not make somebody poor: and mercy no more could be, if all were as happy as we. Just so you know I'm the third son of Sparda." Sun almost spits out his tea while Blake gives him a surprised look, once Sun regains his composure he gives him a shocked expression "I thought he was just a myth." Frost shakes his head "No, when i was a little boy. The demon lord Mundus took his revenge on Sparda and killed my mother Eva, and since then i had the desire to become stronger. If you're me you're fighting nonstop there's nothing but fighting left and right. Including fighting your loved ones, so i honed my skills on the only thing I'm best at. Fighting which is why i accepted Ozpin's invite to become a huntsman." Blake gazes at Frost "So that amulet, is that a family relic?" "Precisely, my blade Yamato is, that amulet was given to me from Eva." Blake sips her tea whilst giving Frost a questioning expression "But why give everyone the cold shoulder?" Frost sighs "I was a street kid in the island of Zanark, everyone passed by me without even thinking. I was treated like dirt until i met him. The legendary guardian Auron, he taught me how to fend for myself and teach me my hidden abilities." Blake sighs as she locks her gaze onto Frost "Everyone isn't bad it's just people like Cardin that need to be put in their place."
