Jenna flinched as she heard the sound of a gun, quickly coming to her senses. She looked at the blue haired boy guiding her to the car.
"Jae," Jenna called out softly but the boy kept her moving.
"He'll be fine, okay? Get in." The boy said to her, opening the door to the black car. She got in as the boy closed the door behind her. The boy quickly hopped into the driver seat. Jenna noticed the radio beside his seat.
"Hey Renjun, Jaehyun decided to cause a scene here, if you have time you should come be." She heard him the boy say into the radio.
"You make my life so difficult." She heard a voice on the radio reply.
"Jaemin, I'll be there in a moment." The voice continued. The boy, Jaemin, looked into the rearview mirror, smiling at the scene behind them. Jenna decided to turn around looking as well. She saw Jaehyun crouched down beside a lifeless body, a small boy on a motorcycle approaching them. The boy took off his helmet, revealing a head of platinum hair with blue tips. The boy parked his motorcycle, taking out bottles of spray paint, his hands flying as he marked the brick walls behind him. As he did his work, Jaehyun ran over to the car, spotless. He opened the door to the passenger seat as Jenna realized the letters spray painted on the wall. She turned to watch Jaehyun get comfortable but the second she turned back to where the graffiti was, the boy and motorcycle were already gone, leaving only his artwork with the lifeless body.
"Jaemin, let's go." Jaehyun said, watching Jenna's reflection through the rearview mirror.
Jaemin pressed onto the gas pedal, speeding down the roads the moment the words had left Jaehyun's mouth.
...
Jenna looked out the window in disbelief, zoning the rest of the world out. Jaehyun, Johnny, and Mark were part of NCT, the mafia every person in Neo City was trying to catch, the mafia that killed recklessly, the mafia that was untouchable.
She was knocked out of her trance as the car approached a familiar mansion.
"That's my childhood home." Jenna said as the car approached the gates.
"I know." Jaehyun responded as Jaemin rolled down his window. The guards looked at the girl before looking back at Jaehyun and Jaemin.
"She's with us." Jaehyun told the guard, who nodded before letting them in. Jenna turned around, seeing multiple cars following them. They went down the path, going to the familiar underground parking that Jenna had been through multiple times.
"Johnny said we sold the place ages ago." Jenna said softly.
"You did." Jaehyun responded, hesitating in the middle. "To us." Jaehyun finished as Jaemin parked the car. She watched as countless men exited each of the cars, many of them were faces from the club. She watched as the boy on the motorcycle came by as well. Jaehyun got out of the car, opening the door next to Jenna.
"Who are you?" Jenna asked as she looked at the male beside her. Jaehyun sighed before reaching his hand out.
"Come in and we'll explain." Jaehyun said as Jenna reluctently took his hand.
...
"I think I did a pretty good job wiping them out, don't you think?" Haechan said, playing with the butterfly knife in his hands.
"Nope." Renjun said, walking by with his motorcycle helmet in his hand. The rest of NCT was entering the lobby, putting their stuff away. Jaemin rolled his eyes, overhearing the two boys bickering as he hung up the car keys on the wall. Jaehyun walked down the marble stairs. Johnny crossed his arms over his chest, staring at Jaehyun.
"Where is she?" Johnny asked Jaehyun.
"She's upstairs in her old room." Jaehyun told him. Johnny made his way up the stairs but Jaehyun reached his arm out, stopping him.
"Let go." Johnny said firmly. Jaehyun shook his head.
"She needs space and Taeyong wants to meet." The Dream members watched as the two men stared at each other for a moment before Johnny finally let out a deep breath.
"Fine."
...
Jenna sat alone in her room, looking around the familiar setting. Jaehyun had given her clothes for her to change out of. She took a big whiff of the black hoodie, taking in the familiar scent of Jaehyun's cologne. She chucked as she looked at how big his clothes were on her, before lying down, getting comfortable in the bed. She looked at the clock on her bedside table, which read 3:47 am. She closed her eyes, exhausted from the long day, trying to forget the night's events as she fell into a deep slumber.
Jenna woke up to knock on her door. She looked at the clock that read 11:21. Crap, I'm late for work, she thought before realizing it was the weekend. She sat up, looking around her and at the clothes she was wearing before remember the events from the previous night.
"Come in." Jenna called out, a skinny male with long blonde hair entering the door, a tray with breakfast and tea in his hands.
"Hi, Jenna is it? My name is Ten and I was told to bring you some food." Ten said, putting the tray down on her bedside table. Jenna chuckled as she heard his name. Ten realized this and gave her a small smile.
"I'm Thai so my real name is Chittaphon Leechaiyapornkul but I think that's a little hard to pronounce so they call me Ten." Ten explained. Jenna nodded, smiling as he left the room. Jenna took a look at the food beside her bed before digging in.
...
"We should tell her." Jaehyun said as he looked around the small room. Johnny had large bags under his eyes, evidence that he had trouble sleeping last night. Taeyong, Kun, and Mark nodded, agreeing with him.
"Go see if she's ready and tell the boys to get ready." Taeyong called out. Jaehyun got up but Taeyong gave him a quick glare.
"Not you." Taeyong said. Jaehyun sighed as he sat back down. Taeyong looked at Johnny, allowing him to get up and leave the room. Kun and Mark followed behind him, each calling their own teams.
