Jaehyun fixed his tie, entering the familiar office building. The receptionist greeted him, letting him into the office space.

"Hey Jaehyun!" Mark said as he smiled at the older male. Jaehyun and Mark did their small little handshake as he greeted him.

"Hi Mark. Is Johnny in his office?" Jaehyun asked. Mark raised an eyebrow before nodding.

"Yeah he is but aren't you supposed to take Jenna out on a date tonight?" Mark asked.

"Jenna told you?" Jaehyun asked back. Mark nodded.

"She told me she was leaving work early for your date." Mark informed him. Jaehyun slowly bobbled his head before responding.

"I see. Anyways, I wanted to talk to Johnny first before taking her out." Jaehyun said, giving Mark a small smile.

"Well, don't let me stop you." Mark said, motioning to Johnny's office. He waved to Jaehyun before continuing down the corridor.

Jaehyun knocked on the door before poking his head in. "Surprise."

Johnny smiled as he looked up from his work. Jaehyun walked in, taking a seat on one of Johnny's couches.

"My sister's office is next door." Johnny joked, making Jaehyun roll his eyes.

"First Mark, now you. Just because I'm dating your sister doesn't mean that I can't talk to my best friend anymore." Jaehyun said making Johnny chuckle.

"How may I help you, Mr. Jeong?" Johnny asked, lacing his fingers together. Jaehyun looked around the room, taking in the layout of the office.

"Did you tell her about the deal you made with my father?" Jaehyun asked. Jaehyun could tell that Johnny was not expecting that question, as he leaned back fixing his suit jacket.

"She doesn't need to know." Johnny answered simply. Jaehyun turned his head to look at his best friend.

"She owns half this place. I think she should know that you signed an agreement with the Jeong's." Jaehyun pointed out. Johnny shrugged his shoulders.

"She's about to become one anyways." Jaehyun's eyes widened as Johnny motioned to the bulge in Jaehyun's suit jacket. "Inner pocket is better."

Jaehyun mumbled a curse to himself as he followed Johnny's words. Johnny sighed as he searched his drawers before taking out a white envelope. It had Jaehyun's name on it.

"If you're looking for my approval, you already have it. If you want my parents', well that's a little harder to get but they left this for you before they died." Johnny said, passing Jaehyun the envelope.

"They died when I was in America." Jaehyun pointed out as he took the envelope in his hands.

"Yes, but you were like a child to them. Do you really think they wouldn't write you one too. They loved you as much as they loved Jenna and I." Johnny said, looking away. Jaehyun could tell his best friend was getting emotional from the thought of his parents.

Jaehyun opened the letter, reading its contents. It was mostly to thank Jaehyun for taking care of their children, being there for them no matter what. They wished that Jaehyun was having a doing well in America and said that if he were to ever come back, he would always have their approval.

Jaehyun closed the letter, putting it back into the envelope before placing it in his pocket.

"Did you get what you wanted?" Johnny asked as Jaehyun stood up. Jaehyun nodded.

"Well, go have fun tonight, brother." Johnny said, giving Jaehyun a wink as he made his way to the door. Jaehyun shook his head.

"Dude, you'll jinx it." Jaehyun said, turning back to Johnny who has a smirk on his face.
