My heart was beating so fast while reading the letter. I couldn't understand a single thing. What was that? This isn't some prank, right? I seriously have no idea what's happening.
I ran out of our door, keeping a little hope that the one who put it in the postbox might still be around the corner. I moved my head from left to right in a repetitive manner, but I see no one.
Do I have some sort of, like, a stalker, perhaps? Ugly laugh. How could I even have one? I couldn't even get a job, now I'm thinking about stalkers.
I shook my head and went back inside. I kept the letter inside my drawer pretending I never received it.
