Truth be told, when Olivia asked Loki what his nightmare was all those years ago when Ultron was the imminent threat, he only half lied.
He had had nightmares in the past about that day in the vault, but that wasn't really what Wanda had made him see. When Olivia had asked, Loki didn't really want to tell her because it seemed a lot more... Out there than what he told her. He came to pretty quickly after the nightmare started, so he didn't see all that much. Except one night, this night, when he and Olivia were asleep in their shared bed.
Because of history, Loki was often plagued with horrible nightmares every so often. He told Olivia about most of them, sure, but that didn't make them stop.
One night he dreamt he was forced to watch her public execution for an unknown reason. He had to be held back kicking and screaming by guards to not intervene. Loki hated thinking about that one.
Another night, his mother cast him out back to Jotunheim with no way back. No one was around as he slowly withered away. Frigga would never do that in a hundred lifetimes, but it was still disturbing.
There were others. Several others, but this one was particularly terrifying because Loki knew deep inside how the storyline of the dream got to that point. And it wasn't good in any way.
The scenes were slightly blurred, but Loki knew the locations. He knew the players. He knew the situations. He knew because he lived through them.
It started in the now collapsed SHIELD facility. A blue portal opened on a platform in the expansive room. In Loki's memory, the figure that emerged was supposed to he him. Instead, a woman was there. It was Olivia with a completely new outfit:
She had the scepter in her hand, to Loki's horror. She blasted everything around her, practically mirroring exactly what Loki had done in this scenario.
She sat in the back of the truck as she absconded with the Tesseract in the case.
The scene shifted to a grandiose ballroom. People in fancy outfits talking amongst each other. Olivia appeared on the balcony above, the scepter hidden as a charm on a gold necklace. It matched with the Midgardian looking dress she wore:
