This used to have a very different plot, but it physically pained me to write it cause it was so OOC and cringy. That being said, please read the comic by Avengersgeek2019 in her 'Marvel drawings and comics,' or whatever it's called, book. :)

"I don't care if it was for the 'good of the youth' or whatever BS you say, I don't want my likeness exploited like that." Steve said in a tone that was borderline pissed off.

One afternoon, Steve came into the dining room where Maya and Peter were doing their homework. He sat down in a chair that was facing backwards. The teens looked up from their books.

"So, you got detention." Peter said, then he and Maya started snickering. Steve blinked like he had no idea what Peter meant.

"What?" Steve asked.

"You know, the videos you made for the schools? The fitness test? A detention lecture?" Maya asked.

"What in God's name are you talking about?" Steve asked, bewildered.

"Lemme see if Mr. Stark knows." Peter said, getting up from his seat. A few moments later, he came back with Tony.

"No one knows what I'm talking about. They've never heard of those videos." Peter said, slightly dumbfounded.

"Who made these videos?" Tony asked.

"[Insert school video company name], I think." Maya said. She opened her laptop and Googled the company's number. Tony called it on his phone and put it in speaker.

"Hello, this is [Company Name], my name is Madeline, how can I help you?" A woman's voice asked.

"Yeah, uh, hi, this is Tony Stark from Avengers HQ here with Steve Rogers, I had a few questions for you." Tony said.

"Sure thing, what do you need, Mr. Stark?" Madeline asked.

"You are the company that created the Captain America educational videos, is that correct?"

"I believe so, is there something wrong with them?"

"Yes, ma'am." Steve cut in. "I never gave my permission to use my likeness in these videos, nor do I remember ever filming them." Steve said. There was quiet as they could hear Madeline typing on a keyboard.

"I'm sorry, Mr. Rogers, but it says here that you gave your consent and appeared within the dates of February 4th through the 7th in 2013 to shoot the videos. I even have a copy of your reasoning, that you wanted to help 'the youth of today' and such. I can contact my manager and have the videos pulled from schools, if you wish." she replied, slightly bemused.

"No, I was out of the state on those days. I even have the SHIELD paperwork to prove it. Please pull the videos, if you could." Steve said, shocked.

"Of course. I'll speak to my manager and have that taken care of for you. If you figure this out, please give us a call back." Madeline said.

"Thank you." Tony said, hanging up the phone. "Okay, now this is bad. Someone ran around while you were gone looking just like you. What confuses me is they could have done any number of things: destoryed your reputation, infiltrated the tower. But they instead make stupid videos of you?"

"Unless they were already in the tower and had new clearence for things." Maya said suddenly.

"What the hell do you mean?" Tony asked.

"Tony, she may be onto something. The dates, the 4th through the 7th of February in 2013. Did something significant happen before then?" Steve said.

"Well, yeah, on the 2nd, the Asgardians got their full Avengers Memberships and SHIELD clearances, IDs, and full access to the tower, their rooms and-" Tony stopped as it dawned on him. Before we left the tower back in 2012... Steve went down to coordinate search and rescue... Then... Oh my god... He took Maya's laptop and went to the Tower security camera storage for the beginning of 2013.

It showed the front desk of the Tower. Steve strolled up and said that he was on his way out. The receptionist acknowledged it and Steve went on his merry way.

"Check the elevator footage." Steve said. Tony pressed a few buttons and moved to the main elevator security footage. It showed Loki by himself inside the elevator, watching the floor numbers tick down harmlessly. As the elevator stopped, a green haze enveloped him until he looked exactly like Steve in his regular wear. He left the elevator and it was followed up by what the other camera picked up after.

Steve looked calm on the outside, but Maya could see that in his eyes, he was fuming. The calm facade melted and his rage changed his expression. Maya took her computer back and watched as Steve stomped to the lounge. She, Peter, and Tony followed him. That's where the argument was being held.

"It got boring being stuck in the tower before we got our clearances. Basically stuck on house arrest for a week, then we could come and go freely, how could I not have a little fun?" Loki replied to Steve's comment.

"You could have done any number of things, why make stupid videos?" Steve asked.

"Because it's the easiest thing I could get away with. I really don't see what the big deal is."

"The 'big deal' is that you used my likeness without my consent, which is illegal. Identity theft is not a joke, Loki."

"It was one time. Besides, hardly any real damage was done."

"Ladies, ladies, you're both beautiful, now can you shut up for two seconds?" Clint called from the couch.

"I don't see and ending to this argument anytime soon." Tony said as the two men scoweled and went back to what they were doing.

"Nope." Maya said, shaking her head.
