Asgard, Hundreds of Years Ago (Physically look about 15-16)

"I'll leave you two to practice. Your father needs help with something." Frigga told Olivia and Loki while they were doing their magic lessons for the day. She was teaching them about the duplication spell, where one can make exact copies of oneself.

"Okay. We'll head out for dinner in a half hour?" Olivia asked.

"Sure." Frigga said, exiting the training room, leaving the two behind.

"Okay, so it's a matter of imagining yourself in two separate places, right?" Olivia asked.

"Yes, but we have to remember to keep ourselves grounded in one place, else we just teleport." Loki reminded her.

"Right, okay, let me try." Olivia said, taking a deep breath. She closed her eyes and imagined herself standing a few feet away. She felt a little tingly woosh as she opened her eyes. She moved to where she imagined herself, but not a copy of herself. She teleported.

"Sikudi nopazmi." She swore.

"Watch your language, Olivia." Loki called to her good-naturedly.

"Ha ha. You try it." She said, folding her arms. Loki shrugged and concentrated. In just a second, he was standing in two separate places.

"Keep yourself grounded." Loki said, almost quippy. Olivia sighed and rolled her eyes.

"I'll try again." She said. Again, she focused, thinking about standing near the wall and where she was now. Though, again, she let her grasp on her current whereabouts slip, and she once more teleported. She said some more colorful words in different languages.

"At least we know you're good at teleporting." Loki said. Olivia grumbled and rolled her eyes. This time, she intentionally teleported over to the middle of the room where he was, but Loki just teleported slightly over to a few feet in front of her.

"You're so difficult." Olivia said, folding her arms.

"I'm sure you'll get it eventually. You're really good at teleporting, the duplication is just a little more work." Loki encouraged,

"Pfft, easy for you to say, you're practically perfect at the duplication. Gods, even the idea of pulling off more than one is baffling to me. I'll have to keep trying until din-" Olivia started to say, but she suddenly felt a little tap on her shoulder. Her breath hitched and she felt nervous. Who was it? She kept a hand at the ready to summon a dagger in case of emergency as she slowly turned around.

She saw Loki standing behind her. She barely had time to process that she had just been talking to his double before he did something that startled her.

He cupped Olivia's face into his hand and pressed his lips to hers. He was kissing her. Her mind went in all sorts of different directions. Though, the only thing she wanted to do was just kiss back. Her hands crept up to pull him closer by wrapping her hands around the back of his neck.

It lasted for a good minute or so before they had to break for air. They stayed in a tight embrace as their foreheads touched. Green eyes met brown eyes looking at each other with a new admiration.

"You have no idea how long I've been waiting to do that." Loki whispered to her.

"You have no idea how long I've waited." Olivia mumbled back. They went in and kissed each other again. Loki lightly stroked her cheek with his thumb as Olivia twirled a lock of his hair around her finger. They could have spent an eternity like that, but they heard something nearby the door.

They saw Thor poking his head in, wiggling a little disc between his fingers.

A projection disc made by Frigga similar to a camera.

"THOR!!" They yelled at the same time, separating from their embrace. He dashed away, a big dumb grin on his face.

"Go get him." Olivia said, an icy stare boring into the direction Thor went. Loki already had a dagger summoned as he ran out of the room. Olivia jogged behind to follow. She heard a yelp of pain from around the corner.

Ah, Loki must have found Thor. That's another trip to the healing wing. Olivia thought as Loki came back, vanishing the dagger.

"He's making his way to the healers." Loki reported.

"Thought so." Olivia replied. They started looking around the hallway, blushing and avoiding eye contact. "Should we head for dinner?"

"That sound like a good idea." Loki replied. They walked side by side down the halls before making it into the dining hall. Odin and Frigga were already seated.

"Ah, good, you've arrived." Odin said as Loki and Olivia sat down in their seats.

A healer came to the hall a moment later.

"My king, your son is in the healing wing and will not be joining you tonight." She said. Odin glanced at Loki and Olivia, piling food onto their plates.

"I'll check on him later." Odin said, waving the healer away. She scurried along as Frigga turned to Loki and Olivia.

"You two wouldn't know anything about that, would you?" She asked, somewhat rhetorically.

"No." Loki and Olivia said in unison. Frigga pursed her lips, but went back to eating. Near her, Loki and Olivia ate their food, though every few seconds, they'd catch the each other staring at them before quickly looking back at their food, blushing hard. It was a sort of game of cat and mouse, don't let the other catch you staring.

Though, eventually, they both looked at each other at the same time. They blushed hard, but they both smiled and took each other's hands under the table.

After dinner, they found themselves in hall where their bedrooms were. Right before they went inside, they shared one more soft kiss.

They fell asleep that night with several thoughts bouncing in their brains. Though, they all really had the same thread.

I love you.
