Minutes has passed by, which turns to hours, which turns to days, which turns to a week. Today is Halloween and this is where everything comes down to. No one has disappeared since Hudson and the three did, which is good. Kind of.

Everyone in school is getting ready for the big night tonight. Jane is getting ready for the party tonight, getting drinks and alcohol and cleaning the home. Justin is over there with her.

Mason and I stayed back at my place figuring out what to do, with Charlie explaining everything he knows. Pacing around the living room as Mason and I chilled on the couch cradling our drinks.

"Okay, since Jane is having her party tonight, we need to be there to protect everyone-"

"Including Lizzy and her friends?" I asked.

"Yes, including them unless if it gets to them first. Our goal is to get to this demon and somehow trap it, or kill it if possible. Mason and I have experience with demons on the loose, but we've never had something like this before."

"How long do we have until tonight?" Mason asked.

"For what I know the party will start at eight thirty to whenever it ends," I say.

"In that time, the demon will probably show to feast on it's dinner. At midnight will be a gong show as that's when the Satan- your father- comes and does what he does. But not tonight. Satan is on our side as he's summoning for every demon and spirit for this one. In that time, we need to get everyone to safety for those who haven't been taken. What time is it?"

"It's . . . quarter to five."

"We have a bit of time left on our hands."

A portal opened right by the front door and walks in Satan in full form. "I've gathered every spirit that I can find to fight this off. Hailey, you're job is to gather everyone around tonight and tell them what's going to happen and make them go home. If they won't believe you then that's their problem. Mason, you're coming with me and Charlie and the rest of the gang to somehow fight this off. Hailey I need you to tell the other two that they are going to make sure everyone in that house gets to safety as quick as possible before everyone dies."

I nodded in agreement. "We will be there when it's time to come. In the meantime, tell me every game that you've played, and don't leave any game out as it will be important."

The both of us told every game from the beginning. Light as a feather, stiff as a board.

"What was your first game with a demon?"

"The Picture game."

"That game is never a good one as a lot of things could go wrong even if you do it correct. That's probably how this guy got out. Don't worry you didn't know, it happens."

I nodded.

"Let's not waste anymore time as we need to get going if we want to stop this demon. We are finding a way to stop this. Now Hailey dear, I want you to get ready for the party and act normal and tell Justin and Jane the plan."

At that, Satan left and so did the other two following behind them. I was now alone in the home. Following the King of Hell's orders, I went to wash up and found clothes to fight in. Now, this isn't the first party I've been to. I've been to around thirty parties for the last three years. But this is the first time where I've been to a party where something will go wrong.

Hope I will be alive to tell the tale.

On the drive over, I thought about everything that Satan and Charlie said. Brushing the thoughts off as I needed to concentrate. Parking on the driveway, I step out walking right in to a home where it's spotless, all the fragile things hidden probably upstairs somewhere in her parents bedroom.

"Hey, this is what's going to happen tonight," I say walking into a quiet conversation between the two having a drink before the "fun" starts.

"What's the plan?" Justin asks.

"So when this spirit comes, you two needs to get everyone to a safer place while the fight goes down."

"What are you and Mason going to do?"

"Mason is trying to find a way to stop this demon while I'm supposed to tell everyone that a demon will show and take their soul. That's step one and if they don't bother to run while they still can, then when the fight breaks out, that's your job."

I told them what is going to happen when Mason showed up to tell the full plan. Justin and Jane stopped drinking after a couple not wanting to get too drunk. "People will think this is a joke or prank because it's Halloween. Once it starts feeding souls, then people will start to realize this is no joke."

"So what are we supposed to do?" I ask.

"Stick to the plan no matter how much it backfires. If they don't listen to you then let them. We warned them and this will be on them. The thing is, is we can't let this spirit get to anyone. Even if it does, we need to make sure it doesn't feed on anymore innocent souls.

"Once this ends, we may never get them back. We may not be able to change the past, but we can change the future. So this is what we are going to do."

We leaned in onto the counter listening to Mason's plan. I don't know how this is going to go, but hopefully this will work. By the time he's done explaining everything for tonight, the doorbell rang hearing voices outside, murmuring sounds like.

Here we go, the fun is just about to start.
