"What's going to happen now, dad?" Mason walked out of the house as the rest of the demons and spirits put a shield around the home, so no one can enter or leave the home until this is done.

"It's still in their tracking down humans as my gut tells me he's already taken two souls. So really, I don't know what's going to happen."

Mason sighed.

"I know it's hard that your friends are in there terrified and that three of them have gone. But we need to do this. When it's time to go back inside, I need you to grab your friends and grab three others, hopefully they'll play The Picture Game as that's how many you started off with. It's a way to stop this for what I know."

He nodded.

Waiting impatiently to go back inside it felt like hours. We only have so much time before it goes awol. "Only fifteen minutes left until we storm into the home and capture this thing," Satan warned. As cars drove by, they saw what was happening and stopped. Crowds are forming on the sidewalk.

Mason saw parents coming with worried expressions. He heard, "my child is in that house," or, "our kids are in there."

Satan did his best to keep them calm. "We know your kids are in there. We need to protect them."

"You're holding our kids hostage!" someone yelled. His father became angry and told every parent their kid is in danger.

"Your kids are in danger and need to be protected. I'm here protecting them from what is killing them! We are doing the best we can but something is in that home."

"Someone call the cops!"

"I'm on it!"

"No, don't call the cops, they're useless in this case!"

"You're keeping our kids hostages!' a woman yelled.

"Mason, go inside and get prepared to play. A midnight exact you're playing and hopes that you will send him to prison."

Mason went inside the home while he heard someone scream, "the police are coming!"

Continuing to the basement, he said the password when Jane asked. Getting invited in he explained everything and what's going to happen. "I need three volunteers to play, and only if you know or somewhat know. We need to do this fast."

It took a moment before three students stood up and came forward. They followed him up the stairs. He instructed them to gather the following and meet him in a couple minutes or less. Running around the house, he moved the table in the living room, making a circle with the string. The six came back and they started.

Before they could get the picture around, the police barged in with guns raised. "Put your hands in the air where we could see them!" one of them yelled. They stood up and raised their hands. Two policemen wandered around the home. "One by one hands behind your head, you are going outside. Single file."

They walked outside and the parents came running out to their children. Hailey and him just stood there while the parents came to fetch their children. Soon, the others came from downstairs. One by one, their parents came to get them.

"What are you doing? These kids are going to get killed!" his father yelled in anger. Hailey and Mason glanced at each other. Mason saw the terror in her eyes.

He saw the officer pointing his gun at his father.

"Step back with your hands in the air."

Satan backed up doing what the cop said. "Hey, you don't understand! There is a demon in their feeding on innocent souls! Any of us could die- hell we all could die because of what you're doing!" Mason snapped walking towards the cop who's arresting his father. "Stay back kid or you're next for being arrested."

"Mason, Hailey, Jane, and Justin! You know what to do! Stop this before it gets out of hand!" Mason watched his father get arrested. Just about a the police were about to finish clearing the house, someone screamed. Facing the direction, we saw a girl being pulled into the living. Mason ran into the house following the guy. He was swept under the couch. He lifted the sofa to find no one was underneath.

The cop came in giving a confused look.

"See what you did? This young poor guy got dragged under the couch!"

"Calm down. We will find him."

"No you won't! He's gone, probably dead because you guys stormed in breaking our chance to get rid of this demon spirit!" Mason yelled. Finally he ran his fingers through his hair in a shocked face. "That's another person gone! This wouldn't have happened if you didn't storm in! This is bad."

"We are cops, we want to help you and we will find him. He couldn't have gone far."

The officer is stupid.

"Well not this time, you don't get it."

"There is no such thing as demons or spirits."

"You won't believe me now, but you will soon. When you find out, you will believe me and you'll be sorry."

Mason left storming out of the house. Trotting down the steps Hailey jogged up with Justin and Jane following. "What happened? We heard yelling."

"Well the officers don't think there's anything abnormal going on. That demon is pompous, vigorously, and fearless. Anything that moves it will take. We're all in danger. Even the underworld. We can't let these people leave or they'll be in more danger."

"So they're safer here?"

Mason nodded. "Who knows where the demon is and it could be anywhere. Right now, it's not here and I know that for a fact."

"All right everyone please leave," an officer said.

"No no no!" Justin yelled. "They need to stay here, they're a bigger risk outside this house if they leave."

"Look kid, I don't know who you think you are but it's our job to keep the citizens safe. Right now we need to get these people out of here, and so do you. No go before you get in trouble!"

All the demons and spirits that await in the yard are sneering at the cops. "Go now before I call your parents," the cop sneered at them.

"Well you took one of them," Mason sneered back.

"Mason, we have to do something or this demon will get more people," one of the spirits said. Soon enough in the corner of his eye, he saw the cop fall down hard being dragged away as he wailed his hands for help. The other standby officers saw and rushed over to help. But the kids new he was a goner. There was no helping him whatsoever.

Hearing more screaming. The kids ran inside to see all the cops dragging underneath the couches. Heading back outside, Mason told everyone to stay in the yard or they will die.

"We will find a way to end this as soon a possible."
