On the drive into the city at night where there is a bar where people love to go and drink in their spare time. Which would be good for us. For the people who are so drunk won't know what's going on.
Our plan is to go to the bar and since we are under age, we will wait outside until someone who's drunk, then we will lure them to us in the back. There, we would take out our knives and kill them, dump the body in the garbage bin and go. We have gloves on so it'll be good that we won't get caught.
Hopefully not in the process.
Hudson sat in the passenger seat staring out into the open, lost in his train of thoughts. We both have a swarm of butterflies in our stomach as we are afraid we'd get busted in the process of doing this dare. How else are we going to explain to the people what we are doing? How are we going to explain to the cops?
Say it was a dare from the devil?
Hell no, they wouldn't believe us.
I parked in a back alley ready to leave. I killed the engine and glanced over at Hudson. He was napping so I touched his arm, startling in the process. "Sorry to wake you, but we're here."
"The day I finally murder someone, and get away with it."
"I know right? This should be fun." I said sarcastically.
Moving out of the van as we dressed in our black clothing, also acquiring the bag of the weapons. We moved towards the dark, shadowed ally where we bide's one time. I checked the time, quarter after nine. We played the waiting game for what felt like hours.
Finally, someone drunk came out with another one. We hid behind the wall listening in. "sounds like they're a couple." I whispered. Hudson nodded smiling.
"Please rippy my clothes off," a woman said.
We heard rustling, then quiet, then moaning and groaning. "Ohhhh yes!" We covered our mouths as we laughed quietly as what was going on. Hudson peeked over the side and shot back immediately and laughed quietly. I mouthed "what" as I had to peek over. Shooting back in my hideout laughing hysterically as well.
Hearing loud groaning, they finally stopped and it went quiet. Waiting a few seconds before Hudson peeked around the corner, then broke out into hysterical laughter.
I joined in.
I nearly passed out from laughing so hard, I couldn't breath. I stopped and felt light headed as my knees buckled down and Hudson scooped down and caught me.
I caught his eye when I grasped his arm. Inches from his face, I whispered, "let's do this." We didn't budge.
"We should go." he said, but once again we didn't budge. Finally breaking the wall, we waited until the same people came out fifteen minutes later. They were heading our way as we had a plan to bring these two down.
"Excuse me, can you help us? We're waiting for our parents to come pick us up, but they haven't showed up yet." I whined. "Please can we use your phone?" Hudson asked sweetly. They looked at eachother then nodded, the guy handing him his phone. Hudson walked over a few feet "calling our parents" as I talked a conversation with them. After a couple minutes, I spotted him coming back with knife in hand.
He came up behind them and stabbed the male in the neck, blood spraying everywhere. Even on his face. The woman is clueless of what's happening. I whipped out my knife and stabbed her in the neck as well. Blood sprayed at me as I spat it out. The horrible, iron taste in my mouth. She held onto her neck as she tried to army crawl towards me. I backed away into Hudson. We scooted out of the area and booked it to my car.
I chucked the stuff in the back as I jumped in the front. I turned on the light in the van and glanced at Hudson. He was wiping the blood on his black sweater. "Why are you wrecking your sweater?" I ask.
"Doesn't matter. This is an old one. It's fine."
"Okay, bud."
"You know . . . all that blood looks good on you. It really brings out your eyes." he complimented while smiling. I returned the smile and said thanks. Wiping down my face with my sweater. As I was about to step on the gas to leave, we heard sirens in the distance. Stepping on the gas, we left the shadows in the alley way leaving no evidence behind.
As we drove home, we talked about tomorrow night and how we are going to explain to the devil what we did, hopefully he will be proud. Entering the ghost town of Spruce Grove. Hudson directed me to his place.
"Tomorrow's Wednesday, and halfway through the week doing this."
"I know. At least now we won't do anything stupid and illegal for a bit."
"Agree."
He pointed to a house where I pulled up and parked. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow." I nodded. Just as he was escaping the car, I grasped his wrist, my hand slipping to his hand. He glanced back as I ripped my hand away from his.
"Get some sleep."
"I will."
I watched him walk into his home then I drove off. I parked in the garage when I came home. It was dark and just after one in the morning. I didn't bother having a shower, so I stripped my clothes and drifted into dreamland.
I thought that it'll be all fine. Everything is in place and no one will get hurt. Boy, I was wrong. I was oh-so very wrong.
