Elizabeth stood at the sound of his voice, looking forward to see her fiancé who was walking towards her. She smiled lightly at the sight of him, he was the man of her dreams. She had loved him before she knew what love was.

"Ciel, hello," The blonde greeted him, then pulled him into an embrace. This hug was unlike any other she'd given him. Her arms wrapped around his neck, pulling the Earl close. "I've missed you.." She said in a whisper, releasing a small sigh.

He wrapped his slender arms around her, holding her to himself. Ciel usually strayed away from human contact of any kind, but it seemed that whenever it came to her, he wanted her closer. "I've missed you too, Lizzy. It's been too long since we've been together," He spoke as he slowly pulled away from her.

Ciel looked at her, his gaze and complete attention focused on her. She was beautiful, and the fact that it took too long to realize bothered him. "You look lovely tonight," He stated, taking one of her hands bringing it to his lips.
The girl blushed lightly, a smile curved on her pink painted lips.

The two teens walked around for a while, catching up, passing compliments to one another. It seemed like the perfect evening before a breeze harshly hit the both of them. "We should head inside..." Elizabeth suggested, rubbing her arms for warmth. "It's rather cold and I foolishly forgot my coat."

"Very well then, my lady," With a nod, he lead her inside his hand in hers.

Once inside he shut the door behind the two of the teens who were each shivering lightly. "The Winter has to be my favorite season, aside from its downsides," Elizabeth told him as Ciel lead her to the sitting room. "It truly is lovely." She claimed, taking a seat on a sofa nearby the fireplace.

She took a moment to admire him, taking in how time had affected her betrothed. Ciel had his faults, the fact that he was stubborn, his often gloomy mood, his rare smile and many more. Though Elizabeth couldn't help but to love his downsides; she loved everything about him. He was perfect in her eyes, nothing but perfect. The man of her dreams was her fiancé, only if he'd let her in.. On an emotional level to be exact.

Before she realized it, there had been a long moment of silence one that had been formed while she was lost in thought.

"Well.. How have you been?" Ciel questioned, breaking the silence. "Is everything well at home?"

Sebastian walked in, pushing in a tea cart suddenly. "Young master, I am terribly sorry to inform you that Mr. Lau has arrived. He requests a meeting with you immediately, shall I bring him in?"

Ciel flashed Elizabeth an apologetic look, turning his attention back onto her. "Well.. I suppose Elizabeth can spend the night in the guest room and I'll postpone my plans with her for later. I'm sorry Lizzy, but there's work to be done. Send him in, Sebastian." And with that, the butler left the room.

Elizabeth smiled sadly at him, nodding a single time. "I guess I'll see you tomorrow. Tonight wasn't special, but hopefully tomorrow night will be."

She was just about to rise when Ciel pulled her into a sudden embrace. Shocked somewhat, she remained still for a moment before tightly wrapping her arms around him. She felt loved, secure, and protected in his arms.

Ciel pulled away just enough to look into her enchanting green eyes. "Tonight will be special," He said in the form of a statement, determination in his tone. After another moment, he leaned in, kissing her for the first time. Their kiss was sweet, brief yet loving. "Tonight is special.." He whispered once the kiss was broken.

As he moved to pull away, Elizabeth tightened her grip on him. "Don't let go..."
