It had been just the night before that Ciel and Elizabeth had shared their first and second kiss. After Ciel admitted how he really felt, he scurried off, leaving her room. Now it was Christmas Eve, dinner time to be exact.

This was the first year that the two of them would actually be spending Christmas Eve and Christmas together. Tonight there would be no guests (other than her, of course,) no parties, no work, and no parents. The idea of this was both exciting and nerve wrecking. This obviously wouldn't be like any other holiday the had spend with each other, not now. Not when they had hardly seen each other over the years, not when their feelings for each other were finally becoming clear, not when they both knew how right and good kissing each other felt.

The two teens are in almost complete silence, that is of course other than small talk.

"I have your present for you," Elizabeth stated, just as they were both finishing up their desserts. "I wanted to give it to you before dinner, but it slipped my mind. I'll give it to you at the end of the night, on midnight just when it's actually Christmas." She suggested, offering him a small smile.

The bluenette set his fork down with a slight nod. "Very well then, I suppose I'll give you yours as well." He agreed as he stood up, pushing in his chair afterwards. "I'm sorry, but for now I'd like to finish up some paperwork beforehand." He explained.

"Oh, go ahead," She smiled, following his action, standing up a moment later. "I'll see you soon, Ciel." Elizabeth smiled simply then happily made her way up the stair case and into her bedroom.

She slowly stepped out of the bathtub, drying off then slipping into a white robe afterwards. After tying her robe, she left the bathroom, now back into her guest bedroom. Elizabeth thought it would be best to have a bath before she met with her fiancé at midnight.

The blonde stared at the dresses she brought, studying them each for a long moment, trying to decide on what would be best. After a long moment, she decided on something simple yet beautiful. Elizabeth was soon in the long, elegant yet simple, black and white dress. She wore simple black flats and put on clear, sparkly lip gloss, allowing her hair to fall loose and straight.

With one last look in the mirror and a deep breath, she grabbed Ciel's present. It was wrapped up in black and blue pinstripes, topped of with a simple black bow.

With one final look in the mirror, Elizabeth left the room. She walked down the hall, making her to her beloved's study. "Ciel?" She said with a gentle knock, the gift in her hands.

After a moment, Ciel opened the door. "Yes, Lizzy come in," He responded, moving aside. He shut the door once she entered, taking a seat beside the fireplace with Elizabeth following his action.

The blonde handed over the box, smiling lightly. "Here, Merry Christmas," She said with a smile as the boy took the box.

He set the box aside then stood up, reaching behind his desk. Ciel pulled out a box wrapped in bright pink paper a white lace, a silky white bow on top to match.

"Merry Christmas, Lizzy," He smiled, handing over the gift. "Let's open our gifts." He said after taking a seat once again, his gift in hand.

Ciel slowly undid the bow and paper, Elizabeth doing the same. He soon came to a small black box. The Earl opened it up, revealing a pocket watch. It was silver with blue sapphires on the outlining. In the box there was a small card that read:
