Lances POV

I woke up and looked at the clock, 7:38. I still had about and hour and a half before I had to go in for work. Even though I could technically stay at home since I was the boss, I still liked to go in. M-Corp was my fathers business and I took over when I was twenty.

My father is the kind of man who wanted to help people. He didn't make M-Corp  into a company that dealt with one thing, he made it into a company that dealt with several aspects, from hotels all the way to electronics. It's a crazy business, but I loved it.

I got dressed in my suit and headed to Aidens room. I always hugged him before I left for work, no matter the time. He would get mad if I didn't wake him up and tell him. I opened the door and looked towards the bed. There was no Aiden. His sheets were a wreck, the corners pulled up and the comforter on the floor.

Another nightmare? They're becoming more frequent.

Unfortunately, Aiden has terrible nightmares. I've tried to get him to let me take him to see a specialist, but he won't have it. I looked all around his room looking for him.

He usually goes to my room if he has a nightmare, so if he had a nightmare last night... why wasn't he in my room?

I started looking all around the house, I even had the maids help me. He wasn't anywhere.

     Unless... you little booger.

I stopped in front of Lana's door, it was cracked open ever so slightly. I know I'll get hell from her later, but if Aiden's in there, I'd like to know.

I quietly opened the door and saw Lana sleeping. I smiled. I saw someone snuggle up to her chest. I stealthily walked over to the bed. Aiden was all snuggled up to Lana as she held him in her arms.

Guess I'm chopped liver now eh?

I had spent most of my time looking for him and I had to leave soon. I crouched beside the bed and started rubbing his back.

"Hey buddy?" I whispered trying not to wake Lana up. He stirred a little and rolled over, facing me. I poked his nose and he squinted.

"Wha-what are you doing daddy?" He mumbled. Lana began to stir.

"I have to go to work buddy. I just wanted to say bye. Took me an hour to find you this morning. I'm gonna go, I don't want to wake up Lana." I rubbed his head.

"Okay daddy. I love you. If anyone is mean to you, kick their butt." I smiled.

"I will bud. Go back to sleep." I kissed his head and left quietly.

I didn't have time to eat so I decided to stop by the doughnut shop I took Lana to last time. I smiled at how she fought me for a doughnut.

Aiden really likes her. I can't pinpoint my feelings for her though...

Lilliana's POV

I woke up to Aiden sticking his fingers up my nose.

"Ahh! What are you doing!?" I yelled.

     "You have a little nose."

"Yours is smaller than mine silly. Get your fingers out of my nose you dork. Let me get dressed and I'll make you breakfast." It was nearly ten.
