Reported For Smoking

It was around 8:30 in the morning, Amy was waiting in front of the counselors office. Leaning her back against the wall, beside the closed doors. She's been here for 10 minuets now. Still no sign of Mephiles. She scoffs, "Knew he wouldn't show up." Then she pushes herself off the wall. Looking left and right, double checking if the hedgehog was here. Luckily when she turns to the right; there he was. Walking over to her, "You took your time." Amy says, crossing her arms. Mephiles smiles under his mask, "Sorry I kept you waiting. I had to sort out some business earlier." Amy just shrugs, not caring about his so called business. It was rumored that Mephiles worked with some gangs in town; but these rumors were never conformed. "Now what would you like me to do?" Mephiles asks. "I need you to get some cigarettes for me. Then go to the counselor and report Tails for having cigarettes." Amy explains unfolding her arms. Mephiles sighs, disappointed he can't do much. "Really? That's it?" He groans. "Well, how about tomorrow you can take over? Frame him for drinking alcohol maybe?" Amy suggests, he grins under the mask and nods. "Cool. I'll give you the cigs at break, then I'll report Tails a couples of minuets before class." Mephiles says for Amy to nod in agreement. Just as he finished his sentence, they see Mrs Swann making her way to the office. Mephiles was suddenly surrounded by black smoke. The smoke quickly leaves to show Mephiles was now gone. Amy ignores his weird way of leaving to smile at the counselor. "Hello Mrs Swann!" She waves. The counselor gives a nod to the student, with a small smile. "Hello Amy, were you waiting for me?" She asks, taking out her office keys from her bag. "O-oh no I wasn't. I was just waiting for a friend; they wanted to meet me here." Amy lies. Mrs Swann opens her door, "Ok but let me know if there's anything you need help with." She says before entering her office, closing her door.

"When did you start smoking?" Scourge questions, passing the hedgehog a packet of cigarettes. "That doesn't matter. Here's your money." Mephiles gives a £10 note to Scourge. They both walk opposite directions; Scourge going to the left, Mephiles goes to the right. Mephiles makes his way to the lunch room. He walks to the entrance of the lunch room to see Amy waiting for him. She smirks as Mephiles got closer to her, "I guess you got them?" Mephiles takes the packet out of his pants pockets. "Nice-" He passes them to the pink hedgehog. Who places them in her skirt pocket. "-I'll go and plant these on Tails. You know what to do." Amy turns and walks down the hall. Turning around the corner to get to her classroom. Mephiles chuckles and backs his self into the wall. As a black hole appears behind him, he enters it and the hole quickly disappears. Going through the wall to now be in front of the counselors office; teleportation can help him a lot with this. He opens the office door, viewing the counselor holding a tape. She was staring down at it, she didn't notice Mephiles walking in. "Mrs Swann." He says, breaking her out of her daze. She looks up from her desk, the student was glancing down at her. She was surprised to see him in her office, "O-oh... Hello Mephiles, is there anything you need?" She asks, putting the tape into one of the desks draws. "Yes I do. I need to report a student for carrying and using cigarettes on school grounds." Mrs Swann eyes widen in shock, "That's a clear violation of school rules, not to mention completely illegal. Who is this student?" "Tails Miles Power, that yellow fox." Mephiles answers, for the counselor to give a disappointed sigh. "Of course it's him. Don't worry I'll confront him about this."

In the lunch room, Sonic was doing his best to comfort his best friend. Tails has been so stressed lately. He's gotten in trouble twice, Cosmo won't talk to him (She found out that the panty shot was hers) and now Blaze won't even acknowledge him. He knows someone is framing him but why? He had zero enemies. "Don't worry bud. I'll catch the bastard who's doing this to you." Sonic encourages, rubbing his hand in a circular motion on his friends back. Tails sighs, "But we don't know who the bastard is. We thought it was Scourge but he didn't do it. Fiona and him were skipping school. So who else could be against me?" They go silent. Thinking of anyone that could be doing this. First thought Sonic had was the delinquents, still they didn't seem to have done it. Especially Scourge. "Does...anyone else know about you and that cop?" Sonic questions. He suspects the killer to be someone in school; it couldn't of been a coincidence that Sticks has been killed, right after she suspected a killer to be here. Maybe the killer heard Sticks crazy ranting and thought she'll actually get them. So they killed her; but now they know Tails is working with the police. Shit. "N-not really; only you me and--" Tails pauses, remembering about a certain pink hedgehog. "Amy." Tails gasps.

Sonic's eyes widen, could she be framing Tails? Could she be the killer? He stands up, "I'll talk to her." He glares down at the ground. He wishes that their assumptions aren't true. As Sonic begins to walks away, Tails grabs his waist. Making him to stop and look down at his friend in question. "Wait! Just, don't start another fight. I don't want you to get in-trouble because of me." Tails says. "I won't bud. Anyway, I'm not going to fight a girl; especially Amy." Sonic smiles, Tails loosens his grip. "O-ok then." He lets him go, for Sonic to run out of the cafeteria. Running around the school grounds. No sign of Amy. He runs back inside the building, checking every room. He opens Tails' classroom doors; to see Amy there. Near a desk just behind Tails'. She turns in surprise, "Oh.. hey Sonic." She glares at the teen, Sonic gives a glare back. "Look Ames, I know it's been awkward between us. But I need to talk with you." Amy shrugs, not caring one bit. Sonic steps closer; now standing at the end of the desks. Amy was standing 3 desks up. "Have you..." Sonic sighs, unsure of what to ask. "Do you have something against Tails?" Sonic bursts out, he feels like an idiot. Amy shakes her head, "No. Why would I? He's a sweetheart!" Amy makes a fake smile, not a obvious one though. Sonic gulps, "W-well, how was Sticks in the infirmary? Before she, you know." Amy takes a step closer to Sonic. "She was fine. Well, she still was her crazy self but she was fine. God what's with the questions?" Amy pouts, acting innocent. She can tell Sonic is up to something.

Sonic sighs, "Nothing. I was...just curious that's all." There's no point of this. Hell. It's not like she'll admit to this. So what's the point of asking her this? "Erm ok." The pink hedgehog sits by behind her desk. "I'm waiting for class to start. So can you kindly leave?" Amy asks, from her tone Sonic could tell she just wanted him to leave. Sonic nods. "Fine." He mutters, walking out of the classroom. However, he stays besides the doors. To spy on Amy. Why would she want to be alone in there? It's only 10 minuets before class. Sonic peeks through the windows on the door. Amy took out her book and pens. Getting herself ready for the lesson; she had nothing else to do after all. Mephiles and her self have done their job. So all she had to do is wait. Sonic continues to watch, until he heard a pair of high heels by the stairway. Sonic quickly hides around the corner, slowly peeking over to see the counselor. She was annoyed by something. Out of curiosity, Sonic watches her walk down the hallway. Getting closer to him and the classroom Amy is in. He watches her enter the classroom. He tips toes back to the door window and looks inside; viewing the counselor talking with Amy. Through the door all he could hear was their voices muffled. They two have small talk, before Mrs Swann turns to Tails' desk. Sonic watches as the counselor opens his bag; taking out a pack of cigarette. Surprising Sonic. 'No...W-wait maybe Amy-' His mid thought was interrupted when he saw Amy's reaction. She was shocked as well. He couldn't believe, no way in hell is this true... right? The counselor grows, grabbing the bag and the packet. She then stomps out of the classroom. Sonic hid before she could catch him spying on them. The counselor stomps into her office and swiftly grabs the microphone, "Tails Miles Power, please come to the counselors office immediately." Through the speakers, everyone could tell she was angry. This will not be good for Tails.
