Summary: Brothers Roman and Remus wake up during a storm. Roman is 14, Remus is 6.

I woke up to the sound of thunder.
"AAAGH!" Remus yelled, falling off the bottom of the bunk bed we shared. He sat up quickly and looked up at me, terror flashing in his eyes along with the luminescence from the lightning outside. How late was it?
I sighed and climbed down the wooden ladder. "You wanna cuddle?"
"Mmhm.." he hummed, looking down and fiddling with his fingers. I reached the bottom of the ladder and scooped him up, crawling onto the bottom bunk where he slept. Soon I had him tucked in, and was curled up in bed next to him. He was cuddled into my chest, with my arm sprawled loosely over his stomach. He sighed contently and snuggled closer.
The storm pounded on outside, but Remus and I were snuggled in his bed inside, shielded from the storm outside. Soon, we were both asleep.
My younger brother was an absolute demon most of the time, but these sweet moments with him were what I lived for.
Wow, I just realized how short this is but whatever since I need to work on my other book, Sides of Us.
