TW: Swearing, angry Remus, unsympathetic Logan
Time was running out, and Roman still hadn't thought of a theme for the next Sanders Sides episode. Logan has only given him until the end of the week to come up with a script, let alone the plot! And the princely side still hadn't thought of a thing! It was the worst case of creative block that had ever come upon him.
A knock at the door momentarily took Roman's attention away from the blank google Doc displayed on his laptop in front of him. "Come in," he called, expecting it to either be Patton bringing in dinner or Janus checking up to see that he wasn't overworking himself.
"How is the script going, Roman?" question an annoyed voice from the doorway. The creative side sighed and put his head on the desk with a thump. Of course, Logan was going to check on the script.
The princely side didn't lift his head up, and mumbled, "It's going fine." He didn't care if Logan yelled at him for not having started yet. He didn't have the energy, this creative block was taking a lot out of him.
The logical side in question walked over to the desk where Roman was slumped over, and raised an eyebrow at the blank document in front of him. "It doesn't seem like it is 'fine'," he frowned, "seeing as you haven't even started yet."
"I'll start soon," the creative side responded, and lifted his head up to stare at the laptop screen and try to think of an idea. Logan just gave an annoyed sigh and left, leaving Roman alone with his thoughts and empty document.

It had been a couple hours since Logan had come in to check on Ro- ...the script, and Roman still hadn't written anything. He only had a few days to come up with a plot, storyline, and script, and he had to have Thomas run it by Joan so that they could finalize it. That was the kind of work that took a few weeks, not a couple days!
The princely side laid his head down on the desk again, feeling overwhelmed at the amount of work that he had to complete with no help. He tried to push his doubts aside, he didn't have room for those. He had to get this done. He could do this, he told himself, he was the CREATIVE side!
...yet no work ended up getting done for the rest of the night. He started typing a few times, but only got a few words onto the document before realizing how stupid it sounded, and deleting it. Soon enough, Roman could hardly keep his eyes open as sunlight filtered in through the window. Had he really been up the whole night?
Whatever. He just needed to get something, ANYTHING, onto the document, and sleeping would waste valuable time-
TIME! He only had a day left! Ideas, ideas... He focused his hardest, scoured his brain for even a speck of a good idea that he could expand, but found nothing. Why couldn't he do anything right? His ideas were always getting shot down, disregarded, so this one had to be the best.
Think, think, think...
Still nothing.
Why was this so hard for him? He could usually manage to write even a basic plotline, but he couldn't even do that!
He just felt so frustrated, so angry with himself...
"Hey Ro, you okay in there?"
The unsure voice came from outside Roman's room, accompanied by knocking.
The princely side had to restrain himself from hitting his head against the desk repeatedly. He really didn't want to deal with Remus today, who was surely planning some sort of prank. The knocking stopped and neither said anything for about a minute, then tried to focus his exhausted mind on the work that was supposed to be finished by tomorrow.
