Bonus Chapter ¹⁴ - Good Morning

Lapis's Pov

Ugh...what's that disgusting taste?

I slowly opened my eyes. The sun light almost hitting my face.
I had a small headache, my eyes hurting for some reason.

We really did get fucked up yesterday. I don't even remember much.

I also realized that Peridot was still sleeping peacefully next to me.
Her head was under my chin.
I smiled, wrapping my arm around her.

It was a mistake, because I ended up waking her up.
I heard her groan, burying her head under the blanket.

I giggled, "hey sleepy head. Did you sleep well?"

"....I don't even remember sleeping.." I heard her say with a raspy voice.

Peridot poked her head out, wrapping her arms around my stomach.
"My head hurts...agh.."

"Same here. You wouldn't happen to have pain killers right?"

Peridot nodded, sitting up. She was wearing a tank top. She must've changed at some point at night. I also noticed she wasn't wearing any bra.

Blushing, I looked away.

Peridot stood up stretching, her tank top slowly lifting revealing her back.
It felt like I was about to drool or something.
She opened a drawer and grabbed the pain killers.

"Wanna eat something downstairs? We can make pancakes if ya like."

She tossed me the jar of pills. She also handed me a water Bottle. I nodded, taking a pill.
My throat burned like a mother fucker, but I guess that's the consequences of getting drunk.
"I'll go ahead and get everything. You can head down when you're ready."

Peridot grabbed her glasses and went downstairs.
I flopped on the bed sighing.
I felt so damn lazy, so out of energy, and I barely woke up.

I should probably call my parents. Let them know I'm fine....wait...did I just sleep with Peridot?!

I sat up scratching my head. I better head down before Peri drags me down.

I slowly walked downstairs, almost tripping.
The floor cold as I my feet made contact with it.
I turned my head towards the kitchen, and saw Peridot.
She seemed to already started making the pancakes.
She was also making eggs.

I slowly creeped up and hugged her from behind.
Peridot flinched, but relaxed afterwards.

"Jesus, your hands are cold" Peridot kissed my cheek.

I smiled, "yea, it's been getting cold lately."

"I heard it was supposed to snow this Wednesday."

I hugged her tighter, "jee, I guess there's only one way to get warm" I brought my mouth near her neck.

Peridot giggled, "stop, you're distracting me from making breakfast."

I kissed her, and let go. "We have the whole day to ourselves. What do you wanna do?"

Peridot finished the pancakes, putting them on a plate. "We can rewatch the whole Camp Pining Hearts show."

I rubbed my neck, "yeeeaaa...I actually haven't finished the whole thing."

Peridot gasped, "you fake fan!"

"Oh c'mon, I'm only on season two. The show is really long so cut me some slack."

Peridot put the plates on the table.
We sat down, me moving my chair close to hers.

"Damn...these pancakes are good."

Peridot smirked, "what can I say? I'm very good at cooking."

"I can tell" I kissed Peridot on the lips.

She smiled, kissing back.

"Lapis you're pretty gay."

I chuckled, "really? I guess I'm only gay when it comes to you."

We both laughed.
"How about we take these upstairs, watch the show there."

I agreed and helped her pick up the plates.
Once again, I almost ate shit on the stairs.
We settled down on the bed, and ate while watching the tv. We also let Pumpkin join us, she almost ate Peridot's food on her plate.

So far I'm enjoying it here. I'm here with my girl of my dreams, and going to spend Christmas here too.

I slowly started to realize something though....

I haven't bought a present for Peridot....

Just a lil chapter I made for the long wait. Btw....we gonna finally see some spice between Peri and Lapis next chapter ;)
