Once you would call chance, but twice? Some people may call that fate, when Aria met The Doctor for the first time she had just finished her diploma and she had become a qualified doctor, normally it takes people many years to become a fully qualified doctor but in her case she was known as a child genius from a very young age when Aria finished high school at the standard age of sixteen she didn't go to college like everyone else she knew instead she went straight to Oxford university and studied to become a doctor from the age of sixteen and when she turned nineteen she had passed all her exams and was the youngest doctor in England— qualified to be a doctor in three years when it should've taken eight. When Aria qualified she had been travelling with The Doctor for two months, he took her back to London so she could see her friend Will who she had grown up with since the two of them were in nappies.

The Doctor figured out that something wasn't right at the local hospital and he decided to charge himself to check things out from the inside and he was right to do so; the local hospital ended up being transported on to the moon. The Doctor told his young companion that she would need to find her own way in without the two of them going in together at the same time because it could look suspicious so he gave Aria his sonic screwdriver to use and psychic paper also— amongst all of this Aria's best friend Will was adamant on coming with her and even though she warned him continuously it was too dangerous for him he just didn't listen to her so she ended up bringing him along with her, when they got inside a few minutes later the whole building shook and when Aria looked out the window she saw that the hospital was on the moon.

When Aria found The Doctor he was being followed by a fairly young woman who Aria noticed to the be a doctor in training— The Doctor saw that Will was with the young brunette girl and wasn't exactly pleased but she explained that it wasn't her fault he tagged along after she told him not to but Aria also told him that Will being with them was the least of their worries which seemed to swing him around. The Doctor introduced the girl to Aria who she was told was called Martha Jones so Aria introduced herself to Martha before following The Doctor closely.

To cut a very long story short there were intergalactic police who were looking for an alien fugitive in the hospital who was disguising itself as a human so that it would go unnoticed among the alien police that were trailing through the hospital in search of its criminal. The group of three got separated from the Doctor along and they were now following the Jadoon around the hospital, when they found the alien they were looking for a straw had dropped from her mouth onto the floor but the end was covered in blood— Aria was very inquisitive so her eyes followed and she saw the white converse trainers that she knew all too well.

"Doctor! What the hell have you done to him?!" Aria shouted at the alien

"Now see what you've done. This poor man just died of fright." The alien woman lied

'Scan him. Confirmation. Deceased.' The Jadoon says as he scans The Doctor's body just as Martha runs in with Will and also two more Jadoon police who were escorting with them

"No, he can't be. Let me through. Let me see him." Martha shouted

'Stop. Case closed.' The Jadoon said as he put his hands in front of Martha to stop her although Aria was already kneeling beside The Doctor's body with his head lying on her lap.

"But it was her. She killed him. She did it. She murdered him." Will protested

'Judoon have no authority over human crime.'

"But she's not human." Aria hissed in anger because nor her or her friends were being listened too,

"Oh, but I am. I've been catalogued." Florence said as she held up her had that had been marked with a big black cross in marker, suddenly it all clicked in the genius' head instantly as Aria looked down at The Doctor who's pulse was still very very weak and almost fading completely.
