Evolution of the daleks PT1

'These humans will become like me. Prepare them for hybridisation.' Dalek Sec says to us all and I watched in the corner of my eye as The Doctor sneaks away behind some equipment. The pigmen take the others.

"Leave me alone! Don't you dare!" I scream, sudden an old song can be heard playing to us.

'What is that sound?'

"Ah, well, now, that would be me." The Doctor says as he puts the radio down by a Bunsen burner and walks up to Sec,
"Hello. Surprise. Boo. Et cetera."

'Doctor.' Sec whispers in astonishment

'The enemy of the Daleks.' An actual Dalek speaks

'Exterminate.'

'Wait!' Sec stops them from shooting him,

"Well, then. A new form of Dalek. Fascinating and very clever."

'The Cult of Skaro escaped your slaughter.'

"How did you end up in nineteen thirty?" The Doctor asked

'Emergency temporal shift.'

"Oh, that must have roasted up your power cells, huh? Time was, four Daleks could have conquered the world, but instead you're skulking away, hidden in the dark, experimenting. All of which results in you."

'I am Dalek in human form.'

"What does it feel like? You can talk to me, Dalek Sec. It is Dalek Sec, isn't it? That's your name? You've got a name and a mind of your own. Tell me what you're thinking right now." The Doctor teases hoping to get some kind of reaction out of the mutant

'I feel humanity.' Sec turns away.

"Good. That's good."

'I feel everything we wanted from mankind, which is ambition, hatred, aggression and war. Such a genius for war.'

"No, that's not what humanity means." I say

'I think it does. At heart, this species is so very Dalek.'

"All right, so what have you achieved then, with this Final Experiment, eh? Nothing! Because I can show you what you're missing with this thing. A simple little radio."

'What is the purpose of that device?' A Dalek asks The Doctor as it rolls forward.

"Well, exactly. It plays music. What's the point of that? Oh, with music, you can dance to it, sing with it, fall in love to it—" I see The Doctor very very briefly look at me but I don't react,
"—Unless you're a Dalek of course. Then it's all just noise." The Doctor aims his sonic screwdriver at the little radio. It emits a shriek that hurts Sec and the Daleks, and the pigmen.
"Run!" The Doctor shouts over the noise as the rest of the prisoners escape and the Doctor follows them along with Martha and myself.
"Come on! Move, move, move, move, move!" The Doctor orders all the people as we make our way back through the sewers. The Doctor leads the group to where I see Tallulah is standing, lost.

"And you, Tallulah! Run!" I say loudly to her

"What's happened to Laszlo?" She asks me back in return but I don't reply I just see Martha drag Tallulah along.

"Come on! Everyone up! Come on!" The Doctor tells the ex prisoners as they climb up the ladder to get to the surface while he is the last to climb the dirty ladder. Eventually we all manage to make it back to Hooverville safely where I see Solomon gathered around a large burning fires with other people.

"These Daleks, they sound like the stuff of nightmares. And they want to breed?" Solomon asks The Doctor as we approach him

"They're splicing themselves onto human bodies, and if I'm right, they've got a farm of breeding stock right here in Hooverville. You've got to get everyone out." The Doctor tells him seriously still being very cautious of his surroundings and how exposed we were.
