Alexandria Maidstone was a dreamer and proud of it, she met the man from her dreams on two occasions but she never thought she would get to travel the universe with him.

I needed to take some time at home with my mum after everything that happened in the parallel world with finding my dad alive and getting hurt when he didn't want anything to do with me and just to top all of that off Will decided to stay there and that broke my heart. He chose his family and deep down I could completely understand that because he didn't get a lot of time with his mum and sister but it still hurt me when he told me to leave without him— especially since we were meant to be getting married.
I couldn't deal with the complete embarrassment of calling all the venues and cancelling everything so I got my mum to do it for me which she didn't mind, the venues were very helpful and I actually managed to get a full refund from everything that had been booked which was a bonus so I had quite a lot of money in my bank account so I wasn't exactly broke so I was very happy when I got my money back especially since I hadn't been working for a long time. UNIT were very understanding and gave me my old job back straight away which I was extremely grateful for, I even got the fortune of working with Martha she had gotten a job with UNIT and when I told my bosses that she in fact used to travel with me and the Doctor they rushed her through with her doctorate qualifications since she had experience with what the business dealt with.
I had been home living with my mum for about seven months which I didn't mind, I didn't want to be in the house that Will and I lived in on my own it just didn't feel right especially since we purchased that house together for a new start for the both of us and now that he was gone I didn't want to be there on my own it just didn't feel right— I still kept the house but I just moved most of my things back into the house that I had grown up in with my mum. I was in my bedroom getting all my work files into order and put into my bag, today was a big day for UNIT so I had to be on my top form, my boss was letting me take the main lead on this particular part of work which I was grateful for.

When I had gotten myself dressed I grabbed my car keys from my chest of draws and I made my way downstairs into the kitchen where I saw my mum making herself some breakfast before she left for her teaching job.
"Do you want some Aria? I've made plenty if you do." She told me
"I'm in a bit of a rush actually mum I have to be in work early, I'll just grab a yogurt and have it in the car before I go." I tell her as I scurry to the fridge and grab a strawberry yogurt and an apple from the already opened packet. I closed the fridge door and my mum passed me a spoon as I made my way out of the kitchen and down the hallway to our front door
"Be safe!" She called out to me so I waved at her in a hurry before making my way down the steps of the house and straight into my car. I turned on the ignition and pulled out of my parallel parking space before making my way to work. When I got to the security gates I showed the guard my ID and I made my way through to the base, I parked my car and I grabbed my bag from the passenger seat beside before getting out.
I then made my way to a giant black lorry which had the rear doors open, I presented myself in front of my Colonel and I handed him my files which he briefly looked over before calling over Martha to join the two of us,
