THE IMPOSSIBLE GIRL (DOCTOR WHO FF)

The lazarus experiment PT1

That same day after we were in New York I was sat on the brown bartered seats close to the TARDIS console while The Doctor was flying it. I started to think about Will and how I hadn't seen him in quite a while and I think it was time for me to head back to London for me to see him and make up after when he left we just argued with each other as he walked away.

"Doctor?" I called out to him as he was stood with Martha, he turned his head to look at me
"I want to go back to London, back home." I say

"Oh." He says a little disappointed

"I need to see Will and talk to him, it won't take long and then we can leave again." I tell him and then I see him smile because it clicked in my head that he must have thought that I wanted to go back to London for good and stay.

"Okay." He tells me as he puts the coordinates into the controls and we head back to London, it didn't take very long to fly back and when we landed I opened the door and I saw that I was on the correct estate, I then looked ahead of me and I saw Will standing a fair few feet in front of me so I stepped out of the TARDIS and looked at him— I then see a small smile form on his face so I sigh with relief as I rush over and hug him right as he lifts me off the ground a little.

"I'm so sorry for what I said." Will told me

"It's fine, I'm sorry too. I missed you. " I told him honestly and he smiled

"I've missed you too." He replied as he hugged me again and I felt him kiss my cheek, I then looked behind me and I nodded my head towards Martha and The Doctor for them to come over to Will and I which they did, all four of us then walked back to my apartment which I hadn't been inside for a very long time.

"How long has it been?" I asked The Doctor as we all stepped into my apartment

"It's the morning after we met Martha that night at the hospital, so you've only been gone about twelve hours. No time at all, really." The Doctor told me and I nodded my head, just as my home phone rings and the answering machine starts up.

'Hi, I'm out. Leave a message.' My answer machine says

'Alexandria, are you there? Pick it up, will you?' I hear my mum say

"It's Mum. It'll wait." I say

'All right then, pretend that you're out if you like. I was only calling to say that your sister's on TV. On the news of all things. Just thought you might be interested.' My mum says and I frown in confusion as I look over at Will who is also confused so I turn on the television, which was on stand by.

'The details are top secret—' a elderly man says on the TV

"How could Isabella end up on the news?" I ask as I see Isabella standing next to an elderly man who is making an announcement.

'Tonight, I will demonstrate a device which will redefine our world.'

"She's got a new job. PR for some research lab." I tell the people in the room with me

'With the push of a single button, I will change what it means to be human.' The elderly man says before I put the TV back on standby.

"You'll probably want to spend some time at home for a bit I suppose." The Doctor says

"Do you mind?" I asked him sounding unsure

"Course not, stay as long as you like and then I'll come back say in a day or two?" The Doctor suggests and I agree with him, he then nods his head before I give him and Martha a hug each before they both leave my apartment and I watch them from my living room window as they go into the TARDIS and I watch as it dematerialises from my street. It didn't take long before he was back again and The Doctor then makes the TARDIS materialises again but this time it was in my living room.
"No, I'm sorry. Did he say he was going to change what it means to be human?" The Doctor asked as he stuck his head out from behind the door and I smiled excitedly.
