Angela

"Tanya, you better get out this kitchen." I said, closing the oven.

"But Grandma, I'm hungry." She whined.

"Didn't Kianna just give you a plate?"

"No, but she did come back eating."

"I know damn well. Kianna didn't I give you that plate for Tanya?!"

"But I'm pregnant too." Kianna pouted, coming into the kitchen.

"You also ate!" I sighed, rubbing my temples. "Y'all get out my kitchen. Tanya, I'll bring you a plate in a second."

"Yes, ma'am." They mumbled before walking out.

What possessed those boys to leave me in this house with three pregnant women? I have no idea but they'll be lucky if they meet them here when they get back. Taking a deep breath, I pulled out a plate and piled some food on it. I walked out and put it on the dining room table.

"Tanya, come to the table."

"Coming!" She yelled back.

I started to go back in the kitchen but stopped once I heard yelling. I quickly went to the living room where Kelsie and Kianna were holding up Tanya and there was a puddle on the floor.

"Oh my gosh! I'm too early." Tanya panicked.

"Okay, everybody breathe." I said. "I'm sure none of those fools were smart enough to leave their own car keys so we're taking mine. Y'all got her?"

"Yeah."

"Alright, come on."

I ran to the kitchen and turned off the oven. Grabbing my keys off the counter, I ran back out and opened the door. I let the girls out first and unlocked the car.

"Door's unlocked."

The girls walked to the car and I closed the house door, locking it. Once they got Tanya in the backseat, Kianna sat back there with her and Kelsie got in the passenger seat. I got in and started the car up, pulling off.

"I don't have my hospital bag or my baby daddy." Tanya whined.

"When we get to the hospital, Kianna will go get your bag."

"Okay."

"What about Dave?" Kelsie asked.

"He needs to focus on the kids that are still missing."

Lord, I hope he finds them soon.

Smoke

"We good to go?" I asked.

"Yeah."

After Randy showed us where Chris's mom lived, we drove by there. We had Randy put a tracking device on the Cara girl's car. It had a Mississippi license plate so we knew it couldn't be his mom's.

"Alright, now we just wait until she leaves."

"Do we go back to the trap?"

"Yeah."

Sean started up the truck and we left. While he was driving, I contemplated calling Tanya. I wanted to check up on her, but I also didn't want to get her worked up again.

"How long you think she gone be there?" Sean asked.

"If she got out of town as soon as she could, I doubt she'll want to be there long." I said.

"She need to hurry it up." Rashad said. "Who knows who she has the kids with."

"Well-"

"Sean, please. Not again." I mumbled.

"I was gonna say that she might be working with somebody else who has an issue with either Dave or even Tanya."

"That's a lot of people." Randy said.

"Hopefully, less than we think."

"Boss man!" I heard Cash yell.

Randy, Sean, Rashad, and I left my office and went downstairs. We walked into the room in the back where I added a technology station. After what happened with Tanya, I had Cash upgrade this place.

"Wassup, man." I said.

"Ya girl on the move." He said. "Looks like she's headed to an abandoned warehouse."

"You think that's where she's keeping the boys?"

"Only one way to find out." I said. "Y'all know what to do."

Going back up to my office, I went all way to the back. I opened the closet and changed into all black. Usually, I would wait until night time but I didn't have time for that. Pushing all the clothes to the side, I stared at the picture I had up of Tanya and the kids. I took it one random day when she wasn't paying attention. I kissed two of my fingers and pressed it on the frame.

"I'm bringing my boys home."

Closing the closet, I went back downstairs. The guys, including Cash, were already outside by the van. The regular workers were loading the van with guns and ammo.

"Y'all got silencers in there?" I asked.

"Silencers?" Sean asked.

"Not tryna scare the boys."

He nodded and snapped at the workers. They went inside and came back out with a box that had more gums, ammo, and silencers.

"Let's go."

Cara

"What do you mean Smoke's coming?"

I knew I was being watched when I went to visit my mom. I didn't care cause I wasn't trying to hide. The plan was to get Smoke anyway.

"Exactly what I said." I said, scrunching my face up. "The fuck you so scared for anyway? I didn't force you to do the shit that you did."

"I mean, yeah, but I'm also not trying to be here when he shows up."

"You know what, Carrie? I never took you to be pussy. You weren't scared when you decided to help me, but all of sudden, you're pissing your fucking pants. I should kill your dumb ass myself."

"Wait-Wait, I'm not scared. It's just that I know he's gonna come with his friends and my ex is gonna be with him and I just don't-"

"Girl, shut the fuck up! This isn't something that you didn't already know. You gone die either way so who would you rather pull the trigger?"

I met Carrie my first time back in Sacramento. She was another one that helped me with figuring out who Smoke was. I was just casually walking down a random street when I heard her going off about how weak Smoke was. Of course, I knew she was just talking shit but I pretended like I cared about what she was upset about and took her to get drinks. While drunk, she was saying how her ex would've been dead if he wasn't pussy-whipped by Tanya. Thanks to her and Dawn, I found out almost all of his weaknesses. Almost.

She sighed. "Maybe Randy will spare me."

I laughed. "Spare you? Even if your ex decides to spare you, that doesn't mean Smoke will. You helped me, sweetie. He's not letting anybody who had anything to do with this live."

"That includes you, you know."

"It is what it is." I shrugged.

I didn't really have anything to lose, other than my life. I didn't have much going on in Mississippi. Hence, how I was able to drop everything just to do this shit.

"You really think he'll kill me? All you had me do was watch them." I straight faced her. "And get the kids."

"Exactly. If anything, you're the one that actually kidnapped them."

There was a knock on the doorframe and I glanced up.

"We got company."

I smiled. "Perfect."

Time for this shit to end....
