Next day

Manik was going school little early today because he have a extra class. As he has his board exam this year, school has arranged extra classes for board students.

Manik came to have his breakfast and after bidding bye to his parents he left for school.

Nandini reached school and at the same time cabir and Mukti also arrived. They meet each other and goes to there group. All greeted each other.

"Where is manik? Dhruv and Abhimanyu are also not here." Aliya asked finding Mukti and Cabir coming without Manik.

"Bhai has extra class today, so Abhimanyu and dhruv must have been there in the class." Answered Cabir.

"Oh! They are really studying hard for there boards" said Aliya and all hummed at her.

"hey Madhubala " cabir greeted navya who in turn glare at him.

"dont call me that, my name is navya N-A-V-Y-A"  Navya said

"Oh really?" he asked.

"yes" navya noded

"Ok Madhubala" cabir said

"cabir I will kill you today" saying this she started to ran after him.

"for that first you have to catch me" cabir teased running away from her.

all laughed at them. There chasing seesion continued for some time.

Aliya noticed Nandini is little gloomy today so she asked her, "what happened Nandi, why so sad?".

"Actually I am having problem in studies. I had asked Vivian yesterday but he is not much help." Answered Nandini.

"In which subject you are having problem? " Aliya asked.

"Mathematics" nandini said.

"So you should take help of Manik, you know he is champ in maths. When we were in 9th standard he used to solve all the problems very fast." Said Aliya.

"Ok, I will ask him" Nandini said thinking.

Later in break time, they all were sitting in canteen.

"Manik can you teach me maths ?" asked Nandini.

"Hmm, ok you can come to malhotra Mansion in evening." Said manik after thinking about his schedule.

"Thank you so much Manik" said Nandini happily.

"Abhimanyu your birthday is coming in next week, do you have any plans as of now?" Said Aliya.

"No aliya, mom dad are going to New York for some business meeting next week, so they will not celebrate my birthday" said Abhimanyu sadly.

"No problem abhi we all will celebrate your birthday together." Said manik

"Yes and we guys will have rocking party, we will enjoy very much" said Nandini.

Abhimanyu smiled seeing them all trying to make him feel better.

Malhotra Mansion
5:00 pm

Nandini entered the house with her books. She asked servent about Neyonika. He informed her that she is out for some work and will return late. She said ok and asked about manik. He told that Manik is in his room.

Nandini goes towards his room and entered without knocking.
Manik was engrossed in his books, when he felt someone had entered his room. So he turned to see and finding Nandini he frowned.

"Hey manik" said Nandini

"What are you doing in my room and you shouldn't enter someone's room without knocking" Said manik.

"Answer to your question is you yourself had told me to come in evening for study and about entering the room without knocking, then I always come like this in your room" answered Nandini while sitting on the couch.

Listening Nandini manik remembered canteen incident.

He noded and come towards couch to sat beside her.

"So Nandini tell me what you are not able to understand" asked manik.

Nandini opened her books and started to ask him questions, Manik listened all her doubts. He started to tell her about basic concepts. Sometime she was not able to understand, but Manik very patiently taught her everything. As she is also a intelligent student, she understood concepts.

Manik gave her some questions to solve. Nandini becomes very happy because she can solve these question now.
