Nandini was leaving the class when manik stopped her watching something.

"Nandini stop.. " said Manik from behind stopping Nandini in her track.

"Stay still " said Manik when Nandini was about to turn.

Manik walked to Nandini and stood behind her. He removed his coat and started tieing it on Nandini's waist from behind. Sensing something being tied on her waist Nandini saw downwards. She saw that Manik was tieing his coat on her waist.

" Manik why are you tieing your coat on me? " She asked moving her head backward.

"Shh.. Let me complete it." Said Manik making the knot. After completing his task he hold her shoulders and make her turn.

" Manik why did tied your coat on my waist?" Nandini asked confusedly taking the hands of coat in her hand.

" Actually your skirt is dirty from back." Said Manik.

"What. How did this happen." Said Nandini moving her head to see skirt.

" I think you are.... having your periods." Said Manik.

" What periods?" Asked Nandini being scared.

"You don't know about periods? " Asked Manik being shocked.

"Mom once told me, but I didn't paid attention." said Nandini innocently.

"What should I do, how to make her understand. Yes I can take Aliya's help. " thought Manik.

"Ok first come with me." Said Manik holding her hand.

"But where are you taking me? " Asked Nandini.

"Just come with me. Ok" said Manik softly.

Manik holded her hand and took her out of the room. He took her to washroom.

"You stay here and I am sending Aliya here. She will help you out. " Said Manik.

"Nandu there is nothing to get scared about. It's normal. Ok." Said Manik seeing her getting scared. She noded her head.

Manik went away from there towards Aliya's class. He asked her to come out.

"What happened Manik?" Asked Aliya.

"Aliya actually Nandini needs you. She is having periods for first time and she don't know anything about it. So you have to guide her. " Said Manik.

"Oh my god. Tell me where she is?" Said Aliya.

"She is in the washroom on 1st floor." Said Manik.

Aliya went towards first floor washroom. She went inside and saw Nandini standing looking scared.

"Nandu" Aliya said.

"Aliya Di you came. " Said Nandini.

Aliya helped Nandini and told her about periods.

"You don't need to get scared. It's natural for girls. There is nothing to get embarrassed from. Ok" said Aliya making her understand. Nandini noded her head.

"Nandu come now I will drop you home." Said Aliya.

Malhotra Mansion

Aliya took Nandini to Malhotra Mansion. She met Neyonika there and told everything. Neyonika talked with Nandini and made her understand.

"Nandu you take some rest. If you feel any pain, do tell me. I will make something for you to eat. " Said Neyonika caressing her head. Nandini noded her head and lay down on bed.

After sometime Manik, Cabir and Mukti also reached home.

Neyonika told Mukti about Nandini and give her soup to feed Nandini. Mukti went to Nandini's room.

"Nandu get up." She said waking her up.

"Mom have sent soup for you. Have it." Saying this she started to feed Nandini. After having soup Nandini again laid down on bed.

In night she talked with Ishita who got to know everything from Neyonika. She talked with her for sometime and explained everything about periods.

Next two days were second Saturday and Sunday so they were holidays for them. Neyonika took care of Nandini.

Monday
School

Nandini is in her classroom lost in her thoughts. She was thinking how every time Manik helped her, be it when she was locked in the classroom or when Alisha and Shreya plotted against her if manik wouldn't have helped her, she definitely would have been in a danger. or about the day he helped her during periods otherwise she had to face embarrassment.

"Nandini.... Nandini..." Said Navya jerking Nandini from her thoughts.

"What happen navu? " Said Nandini.

"Where were you lost. I was calling you but you are just lost in your thoughts. What are you thinking ? " Asked Navya.

"No Navya I was not lost. You say what were you saying? " Said Nandini.

"I am not able to solve this numerical. Please help me na. " Said Navya. Nandini then started to help Navya.

Break time

Whole gang were already in canteen just waiting for Nandini to come as her class teacher had called her for some work.

Nandini was walking still lost in her thoughts. She entered the canteen and moved towards table on which her friends were sitting. She was walking and bumped into table. She was going to fall but Manik held her on time.

Other side Manik was talking to Dhruv but when he saw her falling he held her.

Nandini had already closed her eyes due to fear but when she felt that she doesn't to fell she opened her eyes and saw that like always her saviour had saved her. She was just seeing him. Manik saw her seeing him with smile which made him confused.

Cabir cleared his throat seeing them lost which made them aware of surrounding.

"Nandu now you can stand up and Bhai you also can leave her." Cabir said teasing them on which Manik glared at him and made Nandini stand properly.

"Can't you walk properly for once. Use your eyes while walking." He scolded Nandini.

"Sorry. I will take care from next time."Said Nandini which shocked Manik as she doesn't answered back.

"Nandu are you alright." Said shocked Mukti keeping her hand on his head to check her tempreture.

"Yes Mukti I am fine. But why are you asking?" Said Nandini not understanding why she was asking.

"You didn't back answered Bhai. It is like one of the impossible thing. You are behaving like obedient child." Said Mukti.

" I am always obedient, Ok" said Nandini and changed the topic.

Like this they talked for sometime and then dispersed to there classes.
