Basketball court

All the players of basketball team reached the basketball court. Coach gives all of them some instructions. After which match gets started.

Match was going on between both the teams. Manik's team is "team A" and other one is "team B". Team's captain Siddharth and Manik were giving tough competition to each other. It's not like, that other players are not playing well but the game Manik and Siddharth were playing was simply fabulous.

After about completing half the match team B was leading with 4 points.

Mukti, Cabir, Navya, Dhruv, Abhi and Aliya were watching the match and screaming whenever there team made a goal.

Nandini was dribbling the ball when Sana from team B took the ball from her, pushing her lightly without coming in anyone's notice and made the goal.

Manik saw that Nandini had fallen down so he went to help her. He helped her in standing up.

"What happened. How did you fell? " Asked Manik meanwhile there other teammates also came.

"She pushed me." Nandini said.

"She.. who she?" Asked Manik.

"Sana." Said Nandini shocking others because the person she was talking about looks so sweet but then they understood most of the people are double faced.

"What? How could see? This is cheating." Said Sneha.

"We should go and complaint about her?" Said Abhishek while other agreed.

"No we can't. She is very smart. She pushed me when no one was watching. We wouldn't be able to prove it. We will show her by defeating. That will be her punishment. Let's show them who we are." Said Nandini getting up.

"Oh hello madam, where are you going. You take rest we will play. Said Manik.

"No Manik I am fine and I want to play. Please." Said Nandini.

"Ok but take care of your leg. And at any moment if you feel pain then leave the ground." Said Manik while Nandini agreed.

Match started again but this time team A was constantly defeating team B. It was last moments of game. Team A is leading with 2 points.

Sana was dribbling the ball and throw the ball in hoop. She was happy but then saw all her teammates were giving her angry looks, she got confused and saw towards hoop. Her eyes widened seeing that she throw the ball in hoop of other side making them win.

Team A became happy due to the win. Nandini went to Sana.

"Thank you so much Sana." Nandini said extra sweetly referring to her goal. Sana became angry and walked out from there.

Now that all the matches of sports meet is over, it is time for award ceremony. All the students started going towards auditorium.

Auditorium

All the students and staff assembled in the auditorium. Principal sir came on the stage to start the award ceremony.

"Good afternoon students. First of all you all played very well. It was really good to see such a talent in our younger generation. Congratulations to all who won and participated." Said principal.

"To start the award ceremony we would like to invite our guest for today. Please welcome Mr and Mrs Malhotra." Continued principal inviting the Malhotra couple who happened to be one of the trustees of school.

Neyonika and Raj came on the stage. Principal welcomed them giving them bouquet of flowers which they accepted gladly and thanked him while students clapped.

Manik, Nandini and all there friends looked shocked because they didn't expected this.

"There is one more guest. We would like to welcome Mr and Mrs Murthy, who came all the way from Australia to attend this event on our request. Please welcome sir, mam." Said principal shocking Nandini.

Raman and Ishita who are also trustees, came on the stage and principal welcomed them the same way as of Malhotra couple.

Nandini was watching them with tears in her eyes. She so wanted to run and hug them but she know that she can't behave like this. Raman and Ishita saw her and gestured to wipe her tears. She instantly wipe them with her hands and smiled towards them seeing which both Malhotra and Murthy couple smiled.

The award ceremony started and first they distributed the prizes to primary class students. After them it was turn for class 6th to 8th students. It also completed soon.

They started giving prizes to 9th to 12th class students.

Navya and Aliya were called on stage along with there volleyball team. They got 2nd prize. Like this Cabir and Dhruv were called for cricket, Mukti for badminton, Abhimanyu and Manik for football. They got there prizes. They all were really happy to receive the prizes but Manik, Mukti and Cabir are more happy because they got the same from there parents. Getting prize from your parents is a different happiness. Same is the situation for elders because they were feeling proud for there children.

Next Nandini was also called for basketball as Manik was already on the stage. Nandini was waiting for the moment from a long time. Elders give them there respective prizes. After which the function was called off. Everyone started to go from there.

School gate

Nandini reached at the gate of school along with all her friends. And she saw her parents standing there waiting for her. She just ran and hugged them.

"Mom, dad! You didn't told me you were coming when I called you yesterday. " She asked.

"Princess we wanted to give you surprise. And Why do you think I didn't called you in the morning." Asked Raman.

"Why?" She asked getting confused.

"Because they were in flight Smarty." Said Manik.

"Oh. But how do you know?" Asked Nandini.

"Because unlike you I have a brain." Said Manik making Nandini angry.

"I have brain. But for now I don't want to fight with you as I am happy. But I will take revenge for sure. " Said Nandini.

"I am scared." Said Manik and went towards Ishita and hugged her.

" How are you Ishi mom. I missed you." Said Manik.

"I missed you too beta." Said Ishita.

Then all the younger clan met Murthy couple and then all retired to Malhotra Mansion.
