It is the 5th exam of Nandini today and she is very nervous because it's her mathematics exam. She has prepared very well for it. She has almost solved all the questions of R.D.Sharma.

Whole gang is in school corridor talking to each other.

"Guys did you checked the sitting arrangement today. It is changed." Dhruv said coming towards them.

"Oh! You must have seen it. Tell us, there is so much crowd there." Aliya said.

"Yes, I have seen it. Nandini, Cabir and Manik are in the room no 2201, Navya, Mukti and abhi you guys have to go in room no 2203 and Aliya and me are in 2311." Dhruv informed all.

They were talking when bell rang indicating that they need to go in examination room. All started to go but not before wishing each other luck.

Nandini, Manik and Cabir were going towards class room. There was so much rush due to which, Nandini bumped with someone resulting into falling of her geometry box. She bent down and took. All the students settled on there seats.

Soon examiner distributed question paper. Nandini became happy reading question paper because she is now confident to score full.

Manik is having the paper of computer science and there is no doubt that he is going to top because when it comes to logics he is simply brilliant.

For the change, today Cabir is also happily giving the exam because it is favourite subject i.e., legal studies.

Now two hours completed, only one hour is left. Some teachers entered the class room for checking, if someone is cheating in exam. They came and started to check all the students. They includes two male and two female teachers. Male teachers were checking the boys and female were doing the same for girls.

They had almost completed there job only some students were left. Till now, no one was caught with chits or anything.

One of the female teacher reached Nandini and started to check her. She checked her coat and felt that something was kept in the pocket. She kept her hand in her coat's pocket and took out some chits from it.

Nandini became shocked to see it. The teacher was seeing her with anger. All the class also became shocked because Nandini is the topper of her class from very begining and expecting something like cheating from her is quite impossible. She is the most intelligent girl of her class. Someone watching this from corner desk was having evil smile.

"Mam, I don't know about this. I don't how it came here. " Nandini said being shocked.

"So you are saying that it come flying into your pocket." Teacher said angrily.

"Mam, please believe me. I am saying truth. " Nandini said cryingly.

"Nandini I didn't expected this from you. You were always the topper but, now I think it is because you carry these chits and got full marks. I am ashamed of having a student like you." Said invigilator who happened to be nandini's English teacher as well.

"Sir, please believe me I don't know about these chits. If you will say I can write whole paper again. I never cheated ever in my life." Nandini said cryingly.

"No I can't believe you. You are caught red handed with these chits. If we hadn't caught you this time, you will again be having full marks with the tag of topper, by using these unfair means. I am calling Mr. Agarwal, your mathematics teacher. He will give you punishment. And listen carefully, I will make sure you will get hard punishment for this." teacher shouted at her angrily and called Mr Agarwal and told him to come immediately. Nandini started to cry listening her.

"Mam, Nandini can't do this. Please believe her." Said Cabir trying to make teacher believe Nandini.

"You just shut up Cabir. I didn't asked your opinion. You are just trying to save your friend." Said teacher glaring at Cabir.

"But mam, it can be misunderstanding also. She is a intelligent girl. She can't cheat." Said manik to teacher.

"Manik, just because she is your friend doesn't mean you will stand with her in her wrong doing. And you concentrate on your exam because you're wasting your time in this." Said teacher to manik.

"Mam, I am not saying this because of her being my friend. I know her, she can never cheat. Mam can you please show me the chits." Asked manik

"Here, see it" teacher said handing over chits to manik.

Manik started to see it carefully.

"Mam, I had taught her the part written in these chits. She remember these formula's by heart." Manik said to teacher.

"May be she has forgotten these. And how can I believe you? "Said teacher to manik. Manik was about to reply but suddenly someone entered the room.

"What happened Mrs. Oberoi that you called me in this hurry." Asked Mr Agarwal entering the classroom.

"Mr Agarwal, your favourite student Nandini is caught cheating in the exam. She was having these chits in her coat's pocket. " Said Mrs Oberoi tauntingly. Mr Agarwal became shocked listening this but recovering from shock he think about it.

" Did you saw her using these chits." Asked Mr Agarwal.

"No, but these chits are caught from her pocket. So, it is obvious that she brought them for cheating." Said Mrs Oberoi.

"No it doesn't. She is my student, I know her enough to trust that she can't do this. " Said Mr Agarwal to Mrs Oberoi shocking her.

From the time, Mr Agarwal came Nandini had her eyes down in shame, but listening him she looked up and saw him shockingly.

"Sir you believe me. " It was more like a question from Nandini.

"Yes beta, I trust you. Teacher is not only the person who teach you, he is also the person who knows you. And I know you enough that I don't need any proof. But don't worry I Will help you prove your innocence because else, everyone will think that you are culprit and I just saved you because you are my favourite student, which you obviously are. " Said Mr Agarwal to Nandini.

"Thank you sir. Thank you so much for trusting me." Said Nandini smiling with tears in her eyes.
