Kaito twirled around his room while singing his audition song.
"That was great," Gakupo said.
"Thank you! It's your turn now-" he was interrupted by a knock on the door. "Oh, that's Lennie! We can talk later, right?" He asked.
"Yeah. I'll go," he passed by Len and went outside. Kaito really wanted a big role in the show, Gakupo however just wanted to be a random townsperson. He knew that if he pretended to mess up the audition it would upset Kaito, so he wasn't sure what to do. He wasn't that good at acting, right? Well, most of his life's a lie, cross that one off. He didn't think he was that good at singing, but as the readers we know that isn't true so we'll go ahead and cross that off. The thing he knew he couldn't do was dance. He would just be totally off beat and fail at any move you told him to do. That was his reassurance that he wouldn't get a good role, the fact he couldn't dance. Once he got home, he collapsed on his bed. He didn't mind getting pushed out by Len. Kaito may be one of his only friends, but he wanted him to be happy. Rin wanted to hang out more and more, and he started to wonder what it would've been like if he never cleaned her locker.
