What just happened?

" Mom have you seen my phone? Has anybody seen my phone?" I shouted as I looked around in my room trying to find it, ending up with half the things on the floor.

" No honey, maybe you forgot it at school" she said getting me breakfast.

" No mom I'm positive, I had it in math class yesterday and all I did later was go in the library to grab a few books" I said biting on to my sandwich.

" Just go check once" she said giving me a kiss as I grabbed my bag and headed for school.

" Let's go Chad! I don't wanna be late...again"

" Ugh fine not like I am busy with anything else, I have a life man come on" he said pushing me out of the door.

" Your school doesn't start for another month so guess what? You are stuck with me!"

Dad teaches the late morning or afternoon classes so he doesn't have to go in that early. So mom drops Ava off to school.

" Oh oh ya ya you are stuck with me " both of us mumbled and argued as he mocked me.

I went to school a bit early to find my phone and rushed to the library as a figure stared at me as I am moving stuff around to find it.

" Looking for somethin'?"he asked holding my phone.

" Oh my god gimme! Wait a minute, where did you find it?"

" Yesterday, you left your phone here and left so I tried finding you but you weren't there so I decided to give it to you myself instead of giving it to the lost and found"

" Um thanks really, you saved me" I said as I turn to get out when he stops me.

" So since I saved your life, I was wondering if you wanted to grab dinner some time?"

" Um I don't even know your name and I have a boyfriend."

" Oh yes Ace of course, that jerk" he exclaimed.

" Huh? Um excuse me?! do I even know you?" I kinda yelled.

" I am Josh and that's okay most people don't because I work silently. This probably should be a good time to tell you that I hacked into your phone..."

" You did what?!" I yelled.

"Well in my defense some Aliya girl texted you it's an emergency so I just thought I could help but turns out it was a fashion emergency and then I noticed your texts with Ace and saw he is ignoring you and you are still dating that guy "

" Excuse me? You don't know Ace, okay? He might not be replying to my texts but at least he is not a jerk who hacks into peoples phones no matter what the reason is!!!" I yelled as I left the library.

" Didn't catch you name! Aw man" he sighed.

" Hey guys" I said as I removed my book bag and kept it on the table completely ignoring Dave sticking his tongue down some girl's throat.

" So this is how he is huh?" I asked as I see Ashley close her eyes and making weird sounds.

" Yep guess there's a guy like this everywhere huh?" she sighed as I nodded. " Oh and by the way this is Rooney" she points at the girl whose head is in her story book.

" The fault in our stars? Nice I am Brooke by the way" I said as she smiles. " And um who is she?" I whispered as I pointed at the girl kissing Dave.

" That's Bianca one of the 'queen bees' of school" she said as we heard the bell.

" Bye but aren't you coming? We have English together" I asked as Bianca gave me a look.

" Oh yeah coming!" he said grabbing his bag as Bianca holds his hand.

" Dude you never go to English and this newbie just says and you go? " she says holding his hand as I go catch up with Ashley.

" What's wrong with you Bianca stop controlling my life!!!" He said as he strolls off.

Bell rings*

" Huh! Today's math class was especially longer than others" Ashley groans. " You coming?"

" Actually I have a little work to do I am gonna go check some clubs out so... you go ahead without me" I said as she waves me goodbye.

" Look you go home, I am staying a little late today." Dave said as he stares at me.

" Dave can you please stop following me and as a matter of fact hitting on me!" I yelled as I gathered my books from my locker. " I don't want to be 'one' of your many girlfriends"

" What? Bianca? No, she is different I am helping her with---''

" Oh, so you are just kiss random girls?" I said banging my locker shut.

Lips smack* " Just the ones who matter"

What just happened I just blanked out for a sec.

OH MY GOD, DAVE JUST KISSED ME!!!!

" I-i have to go" I said as I rushed back home.
