Gosh!

" Great you guys... take 5" I said smiling and clapping my hands together. " Soo"

" They're all looking great " Josh said.

" Yeah, Sasha hasn't said anything to me from the past few days so that's good. Spence is " I said rolling my eyes.

" Give him time, he'll come around. So you wanna hang out after school? All we have been doing is the play..."

" Um yeah sure, I am free." I said sipping some water.

" You!" Noah said pulling me closer.
" We are doing something "

" Bye." Josh laughed walking away from us.

" Wow, like a get away or something?"

" Oh yeah, so my place at 6, tonight?" Noah said.

" I can't tonight, I'm hanging out with Josh."

" Dude..." he sighed." Could you cancel for your boyfriend" he winked

" Umm I wish I could, but just we need to get some things done. We can go tomorrow though " I said patting on his shoulder and going towards Josh, practicing the routine.

" K sure " he sighed.

" Yo, what up" Dave said high fiving Noah.

" Why did you and Brooke break up?" Noah immediately asked.

" Dude, chill" He laughed.

" Whatever just answer like why?"

" Why , did you guys break up?"

" No nah just asking...like did she cheat or somethin'? "

" Woah, Brooke cheat? Of course not, we didn't really date, I messed up but we're both happy now. Why though? "

" I just feel like we're drifting away, all she wants to do is spend time with Josh and hello I am her boyfriend..."

" Oh.. I am sure it's nothing, Josh and Brooke are like best friends... " Dave said putting his hands in his pockets.
" Don't stress man, they're just friends."

" Yeah " Noah sarcastically said rolling his eyes.

...

" Hey Ava what's up?" I said searching through my purse. " I'm at school right now...can this wait?"

" No!" she screamed.

" What's wrong?"

" You were supposed to be here. Why didn't you come?" Ava yelled.

" I-i um couldn't make it...had stuff to do"

" You always do, can you still come though?"

" I don't know Ava"

" Um doesn't it bother you that you can't spend time with me?"

" It does, of course it does"

" Then? why don't you come?"

" I am sorry Ava, I've gotta go to class I'll call you later." I said keeping the phone instantly.

Yeah I miss Ava and even mom but it doesn't make me any less mad.

Bell rings*

" That class was surely the worst!" Dave said annoyed.

" Hey, have you seen Noah? I'm trying to look for him since this morning, I guesshe's really upset." I smiled as I asked Dave.

" Yeah man, he was mad I told him it's probably nothing he is just insecure.. anyway great rehearsal today you guys are really working hard, Ms. Lela isn't coming for like 2 more weeks or something and you guys are great! "

" Aww thanks Dave it means a lot....but I  wish other people appreciated me as much as you" I said sighing as I looked at Noah as he was standing across us.

" Dude, you're doing great" He smiled.

" Thanks, I gotta go." I said leaving the room.

" Ava! What is it now?" I said annoyed that this was the 3rd time she was calling me begging me to come. " Are you gonna make up some lame excuse to get me to come?"

" Umm yeah, no it's just I got hurt and I need you to come take care of me" She said in an innocent voice.

" So you expect me to take a superrr long flight and come to take care of you even though there are 3 other people who could take care of you?" I sarcastically asked.

" Uhmmhmm that's exactly what I want you to do" Ava said.

"I can't " I told her. " I'm sorry"

" Oh no!!! oh no oh no oh no" she said panicking.

" What's wrong? Hello? Hello? Ava answer me!" I yelled on the phone as the call ended.

Oh no?! Was something wrong? Like really wrong? Or was this some lame excuse of Ava's?

After I reached home I tried calling but she wouldn't pick up, I texted her, called her, snap chat-ed her....nothing.

Hopefully everything was okay...

Oh no! I almost forgot-- I had to meet up with Josh, oh he might be maaaddd.

" Hey! I'm so sorry I totally forgot we were meeting up--" I said facetiming him.

" Don't worry about it."

" You sure?"

" Yeah...bye" he said keeping the phone before I could even say anything.

What's up with that? I thought.

" Dad! Wow, you're home early" I said hugging him as I heard him coming in.

" Yeah honey, thought we could get some dinner and catch up...I'm sorry I haven't been around more often...but I promise I will be"

" It's fine dad you're here now, that's all that matters" I said smiling at him as he went upstairs to change.

Wow he is in a pretty good mood today.

" So dad, how's work?"

" Super tight, I have a lot of things starting tomorrow, I have to finish up everything by the next weekend"

" I really can't believe it's been a year since Aliya and her family came in here and I got to live the dream..."

" Yeah how's your space researching going?" he asked munching on to his fries.

" Oh right " I sighed. " It's um" I took a deep breath " It's great."

" As it should be,  you're all grown up and you have a good score and you excel at everything you do. So good." He said eating his dinner as I fake smiled.

" Yup" I sighed. " But like what about other things? I dunno like something else?"

" What else would you wanna be?  Don't tell me, you're telling me you wouldn't enjoy space and all the research? "

" Yeah you're right dad, I should go. I'm done" I said getting up from the table.

" You barely ate."

" Um I'm not hungry...night dad" I said running up the stairs closing my room's door, holding back my tears.

I can't believe him...what else would I wanna be? A lot many other things to be honest. How could he do this? Just assume this is what I wanna do? Well...I never told him so... um might not be his fault... but still...

Would he understand if I told him?

I wanted to do something else?

Would he accept it?

Would he agree?

I don't know, I don't wanna know... I i i um have no idea.
