Chapter Twenty-Two: Home Sweet Home

Rocky’s POV


“Kyliiiieeeee!!!!!” I whine as I wrap my arms around her waist.

She jumped, nearly dropping the coffee mug she was holding.  “God dang Rocky! Trying to give me a heart attack?”

“Sorry babe. Just Em wanted me to tell you that its time to go.”

“Does she know?”

“Nope.”

She chuckles and shakes her head. “You guys are so mean to her!”

“C’mon lets go.” I grab her hand and pull her out of the kitchenette that we used for the passed how many weeks, I'm not sure.

Ky takes a sip of her coffee. “Have I ever told you how much I love coffee?” She moans.

“Every day.” I chuckle and pat her head.

“STOP! You're going to mess up my hair!”She squeals.

I roll my eyes. “You’re such a girl!”

“Really? Cause ya know I had a kid and I'm pretty sure you have to be a girl and have girl parts to do that!” She says sarcastically.

“Thank you for that lovely explanation Kyles.”

“You’re welcome!”

I quickly walk into our shared room and grab her bags.

“God Ky. How much clothes did you bring? I thought you only packed for a couple days.”

“I did, but I didn't know what the weather was going to be like! And plus you should see Em’s bags!” She flips her hair over her shoulder.

I carry her bags to her car, putting them into the trunk next to mine, Riker’s, and Emily’s.

I walk over to the drivers side and open the door. Ky slides into the drivers seat. “Thanks babe for opening the door for me!” She winks and blows me a kiss.

“Um, I’m not letting you drive!”

“Its my car, plus you don't know where you are going! HAH! I win.” She shuts the door. Making me take the small walk over to the passenger side.

I slide into the seat.

“And now we wait for Riker and Em to get their butts out here so that Emily can kill us because we didn't tell her right away and-”

“Ky, calm down.”

She looks over and a small smile appears on her face. “I can't wait for you to meet Collin. He is going to love you!”

“I already love him. Even though I don't know what he looks like, the way you described him, he sounds perfect. Just like you.”

Kylie stays quiet. Oh crap, did I say something wrong?

Before I could ask her Emily made a grand entrance. “WHY DIDN'T YOU TELL ME?!?!”

“Sorry Em! They told me not to tell you!!”

“I hate you.”

“Love you too.”  

Riker and Em get into the back seat.

And we were on our way. This shall be interesting.




Kylie’s POV


The drive was long but we finally arrived at my home in Wisconsin. We quickly dropped Riker and Emily off at her house, because that’s where Riker is staying and Rocky is staying with me.

I pulled into the driveway and parked the car.

I won't lie, I was extremely nervous. And I mean nervous to the point that my whole body was shaking. I literally felt like I couldn't move, yet I was shaking.

What if Collin misbehaves and Rocky never wants to see him again? What if Collin doesn't like Rocky? What if my mom doesn't like Rocky?

So many possibilities were running through my head.

A hand fell onto my shoulder. “Kyles? You okay?” Rocky’s worried voice filled my ears.

I wanted to tell him my worries but I couldn't get myself to speak.

“Kylie everything will be fine.” He pulls me into a hug. It takes me a moment but I eventually relaxed.

“Now tell me what wrong.” He says, still holding me to his chest.

“What if Collin or my mom doesn't like you? What if you don't like them? What if-” I rambled but Rocky quickly cut me off.

“Like I said, everything will be fine.” He assures me.

“I hope so.” I mumble.

We both get out of my car and grab our bags from the trunk.

I stand at the front door, not really sure if I'm ready for this but I don't have anytime to think because the door flies open.

“MUMMA!!!!!!!!” The little blonde haired boy screams and tackles me.

“Hi baby! How have you been? I’ve missed you lots!” I coo.

“I good mumma! Where’s Rwocky?” Always right to the point isn't he.

He head whips around looking for a certain brunette. His eyes land on Rocky. Collin jumps out of my arms and runs up too Rocky. He was just about to hug him but I saw his eyes scrunch together. He turns around and looks at me with confusion. “Daddy?” He asks.

And thats when I losts it.




A/n SURPRISE UPLOAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I had some free time so I decided to finish this chapter for ya guys cuz I'm a nice person!! haha.

Who was expecting that twist at the end?!? I’ve been planning that for a LONG TIME!!!

Guys I'm sad. I'm sad because of what I'm about to say. I haven't been getting the amount of likes and comments that I used too and its making me feel like you guys don’t want to read. So I’m putting a voting and commenting limit on each chapter from now on.
