Make It with You

Naguguluhan akong tumingin sa kanyang mga mata.

"Yes baby, I'm still inlove with you."

"P-Pero, we're done! We're done five years ago! Imposible ang sinasabi mo!" nafru frustrate kong sagot sa kanya.

Muli nya akong nginitian at pinalis ang mga luha na patuloy sa paglandas sa aking pisngi.

"I know baby. I clearly remember it. Its your birthday when you broke up with me, ang sabi mo you want to end our relationship because may iba ka nang mahal"

Tama na. Tama na, Nigel. Please end this now! H-hindi na kita mahal. Hindi na kita mahal

At mas lalo akong naiyak dahil sa alaala na iyon.

"Shh, baby, don't cry. Hush, baby" he then hugged me tightly pero mas lalo lamang bumuhos ang luha ko.

Iginiya ako ni Nigel na maupo sa kanyang sofa at doon nya ako pinakalma at pinatahan.

"I'm sorry" iyon lang ang tangi kong nasabi.

"You don't have to be sorry, baby."

Why are you being like this Nigel? Nag momove on na ako. Is this the time para malaman mo ang rason ko? Or we should just forget about it and live our lives separately?

"I respected your decision five years ago Dale. I didn't question it. Instead, I asked myself, 'may kulang ba sakin?' 'hindi ba ako naging mabuti sayo?' 'hindi pa ba sapat ang pagmamahal ko?' I always questioned myself those things because if hindi ako nagkulang sayo, hindi ka naman makakahanap ng iba e, but still hinayaan kita. I went to the U. S para baguhin ang sarili ko, para magustuhan mo ako ulit because I never saw you with another man after our break up. Umasa ako, but then mali pala ako. I saw you at the bar with Kiro! F*ck! Muling bumuhos ang luha ko dahil nasasaktan ako. Nasasaktan akong makita na  ganito si Nigel, nasasaktan ako sa mga narinig sa kanya.

"Bumalik ako sa U.S to fix myself and fucking move on but I fucking can't! When I heard you're our employee, I planned on getting even with you, pero lagi akong nagsisi dahil nasasaktan ako sa tuwing ginagawan kita ng masama, I'm sorry about that."

"I'm sorry, Nigel. I'm sorry that I lied to you...

Wala akong ibang minahal, its only you all those times. I lied na may mahal akong iba upang makipaghiwalay ka sa akin. I'm sorry..."

"Why, baby? Hmm? Why did you lie?"

"I--- I received a threat from your mother before..."

"What?"

"Uh, she talked to me after our graduation ceremony. She offered me a job if I would break up with you, she doesn't want me for you. I didn't agree. But then strange things happened to my parents. Dad was stabbed and there are issues at where they work. Your mom threatened me that if I won't break up with you, mapapahamak sila. Some of your men was at my party, your mom called and gave me a last warning. So I ----"

"Baby, you should have told me! I can fight for us! I will fight for you! If only you let me handled the situation! Kaya ko silang talikuran para sayo, para sa atin!"

"Nigel, no! Ayokong humantong sa ganoon, ayokong mag away kayo ng pamilya mo at magkasira kayo. They are still your family."

"I'm sorry Dale. I'm sorry, I should have asked you"
