Chapter 1

Louie Dale Romero

"Hey! Kamusta?"

Bungad sa akin ng aking best friend na si Arie.

"I'm fine. Ikaw? Kamusta ang Batangas?"

"Its so fun! Sayang at hindi ka sumama! Nakuha mo na ba ang schedule mo?"

"Yeah"

Kinuha naman ni Arie ang schedule ko at tinignan niya.

Second semester na namin at nasa 4th year college na kami.

I am taking Journalism and Arie's taking Business Management.

Arie Fuentes is the heiress of Fuentes Publishing Corporation, one of the prominent publishing company in the country.

Arie is my best friend since elementary. Nagkakilala kami sa isang Book Lover Club.

I am Louie Dale Romero. It's from the combined name of my parents. Louie, from Louis, my father. And Dale, from Dahlia, my mother.

My father is a known Engineer and my mother is a known Architect in El Buena Real Estate

Both of them came from a rich family but stays lowkey. Hindi alam ng publiko na kami ang may ari ng El Buena, their identity is a secret. Tanging employees and shareholders lang ang nakakakilala sa owner nito.
Wala din silang socialite friends bukod sa mga kaibigan nila nung sila'y nag aaral pa.

My parents didn't bother to have their office as owners but offices as an engineer and architect

We live in a middle class subdivision. Sapat lamang ang laki ng bahay para sa amin. May 3 kasambahay, isang tagalinis, taga laba at plantsa at isang taga luto. Marunong naman kami nila mom sa gawaing bahay, kaya lang ay busy kami pare pareho, sila sa work at ako sa pag aaral.  At 2 driver para may kasalitan sila.

I am currently studying in Royale International School.

My parents can afford the tuition fee, but I chose to apply a scholarship para miscellaneous na lang ang expense namin.

Arie is the only one who knows my real story. We got to know each other well as the time passed by.

"We have 2 class together,"

Ibinalik niya ang aking class sched at ipinakita ang kanya.
