Jeonghan was completely out of breath when he arrived at school. His clothes were soaking wet because the rain, that started the night before, didn't stop and was planned to go on for the rest of the day. So a morning walk on the beach earlier was not in it for him.

His hair stuck to his face and he tried wiping it away from his sight at least a little bit, walking his way to his locker and leaving raindrops all over the hallway. "i should've brought dry clothes." he hissed to himself in annoyance as he looked down on his clothes that were more than soaked. As if he didn't just run to school but stood in his shower, fully clothed, for at least half an hour. They would stay wet for the rest of the day he assumed, but he had to live with it since there weren't any other options.

"Damn, took a bath in your clothes before going to school?" He heard a deep voice behind him when he opened his locker to dump his entire bag in it this time. Without turning around he knew it was wonwoo, since he was the only boy he knew with a voice that deep.

"i swear to god, i'll still snap your body like a twig if you won't stop talking."

"Goodmorning to you too." Another voice appeared, a little more cheerful. Jeonghan turned around and saw Soonyoung standing directly behind him. With a smile on his face he ruffled his slightly wet hair, throwing little droplets everywhere next to them.

"Goodmorning Soon." Jeonghan said in an angelic sweet voice, making wonwoo roll his eyes at how cute the two were acting right in front of him.

"Yoon Jeonghan, if you ever decide to wake up at 3 am and bombard my phone with useless messages about toes again, i will not hesitate to come to your house and chop your stupid toes off." Jisoo said, rubbing his eyes and yawning. His hair still stood in every possible direction and jeonghan wondered to himself if the boy had just woken up. Because he looked like he hadn't slept all night.

"Is that a threat?" Jeonghan said in a mischievous tone what made everyone but jisoo laugh.

"I'm serious!"

Jeonghan closed his locker and they started making their way to the classroom when the first buzzer went off. "What even is it all about? I literally still don't understand what's wrong with my toes?" Jeonghan threw his head back and started laughing as he playfully smacked wonwoo against his chest, who was still as confused as before.

"Okay so does everyone remember last weekend? You know, sleep over at Soonyoung where we all got drunk? Yes?" They all nodded as the night was still clearly printed in everyones brains. Or better said, partly printed in since the amount of alcohol might have left a few black spaces in it. "So, i was the last one to be sober while all of you asses were completely wasted by the time we were on our fourth beer. We were talking about boys, you know the regular, and about how we wanted to couple wonwoo with someone."

"And wonwoo's drunk ass didn't want to agree with having a boyfriend. Complaining he wasn't ready for it. And then suddenly he started talking about toes. How you could better have toes because they would always be attached to you while a boyfriend could be cheating and leave you."

They walked into the classroom and at this point everyone, except of wonwoo, were in tears because of their laughter. "Wonwoo why are you so stupid?!" Soonyoung was the first one to call him out. "Literally it's so stupid it's cute!" A blush crept over Wonwoo's face from ear to ear, hearing back his embarrassing drunk stories he could not even remember.

"Did i really-" "-Yes you did!"

"Well, i was right though. Toes actually are attached to you and won't leave. Unless Jisoo chops them off."

"Don't involve me you piece of shi- Goodmorning mister Kim." Jisoo forced a smile on his face while bowing respectfully to his teacher, what made the rest only burst out in louder laughter.

"See you at break!" Soonyoung was the first one to leave them behind as the girl he worked with approached him. "also, won. Don't let Jisoo chop off your toes!" Jisoo was ready to lash out at him, but Soonyoung was faster than him and ran away.

"See you han." Jisoo said while he walked together with Wonwoo to their seats, not getting a reaction back from jeonghan who already had his eyes wandering trough their classroom. Searching for one specific boy who was nowhere to be found. Jeonghan felt all his hope sinking to his stomach when his eyes couldn't find seungcheol and it made him feel horrible. This proved the fact that yelling at him the day before was the worst possible decision he could make. Seungcheol gave him the last bit of hope to not drop out of school.

A flash of panic rushed trough his body and he speeded himself from the classroom, since he was free to go from this class anyways. The hallways were empty since the last buzzer just went off and the classrooms were now filled. Jeonghan walked straight up to his locker with the intention of grabbing his belongings and going home trough the pouring rain. Until a certain someone walked trough the entrance of the school, in a big rush.

Jeonghan felt his heart drop a little when he saw his appearance, completely different than the day before. Seungcheol was wearing a black turtle neck that hugged his upper body perfectly, showing off the muscles that were underneath them. Paired with a denim ripped jeans. His hair playfully fell over his face again, giving him a friendly appearance. And over his arm he held a beige coat that swung on the same rhythm as his steps.

If it wasn't about the fight they had yesterday, Jeonghan would almost say he swooned over the fresh looking boy who just ran inside. But he shook the thought off the moment it crossed his mind and he ran over, almost crashing into him as Seungcheol didn't see the boy approaching him at first. But when he saw him his gaze softened. He didn't look mad, nor serious. More like he was about to smile.

"I accept the challenge Seungcheol. Let's do the project."
