"And you think we can get into this club?! This is fucking exclusive! You know we're screwed if they ask for identification!" Jeonghan worriedly looked up to the huge neon sign right above the entrance, where two guards all tidied up in plain black suits were letting people in one by one.
Loud music was heard on the outside, getting a little more clear every time the guards opened the doors to let someone inside. The beat of the tunes came straight through the brick walls, sending feelings down their tummies, making them more and more nervous the smaller the line in front of them got.
"Relax! I know one of the guards, he will probably not even ask for ID's when he sees me." Jisoo explains calmly, grabbing his wallet from the back pocket of his tight black jeans.
"Wait, how do you know one of the guards? I thought you were one of the most introvert human beings to ever exist?" Jeonghan pushed Jisoo against his shoulder, making the boy stumble back a little.
"Correction, that's Wonwoo." Soonyoung giggled.
"Oh shut up. I didn't even want to be here in the first place."
"Wonwoo stop complaining, we're going to make it a great evening!" Jeonghan wrapped an arm around the taller boys shoulder, who returned with a disgusted expression.
"Does any of you know if they sell alcohol to minors inside?" Wonwoo asked to whoever was paying attention.
"Well, you're actually supposed to be an adult to get in. So I don't think the bartenders will ask for identification." Jisoo reassured him, making Wonwoo look up to the starry night sky in relieve.
Jeonghan impatiently started moving back and forward on his feet, getting more nervous now there was only one group left in front of them. It would take less than a minute to check in and get inside. Suddenly a mortifying thought popped up in his head.
"Jisoo. What happens if the guards find out we are minors?" He asks, fidgeting his fingers around.
"Well if we get caught, which most likely won't happen but just incase if, the police might show up to take us in separate cells for a night." Seeing everyone's frightened expression made Jisoo laugh and wave his hand at them. "Let's just hope we don't get caught."
"I'm never saying this again, but for gods sake, please stick to anime next time."
"Jisoo? Is that you?"
To Jeonghan's surprise one of the guards actually recognized his friend. Now they only had to get past without having to show their ID cards. If what Jisoo said was true, they would be absolutely screwed if they got caught in the act.
"Minsoo! Hey! How long has it been?" Jisoo walked forward, the group awkwardly shadowing him, shaking hands with one of the guys in plain black suits.
"About two years I think? How are your parents doing? Still working a lot?" The well-built guy named Minsoo asked.
"Even more than back then! I can't believe it's been that long!" Jisoo smiles full-heartedly, while the three boys behind him keep trembling in fear, trying their best to act tough so they don't look completely like minors.
"We should catch up soon! Now let's get you and your friends inside then! I have to continue my job unfortunately." The guard reached for the doorknob, twisting it and pushing it open.
"Yes we should! Good luck on your job tonight, it was great seeing you." Jisoo made a hand gesture for the rest to follow him inside, until they were stopped by the other guard who placed a hand on Jisoo's chest.
"Minsoo, are you sure these men aren't underaged? You haven't even asked for their identification?" The intimidating guard questioned his colleague, suspicious as to why the group looked so much younger than what was allowed inside the club.
"Oh don't worry about it. I know these guys better than you think. Just let them enter." Jeonghan catches Minsoo throwing a shameless wink at Jisoo, before the other guard removed his hand and fully opened the doors for them. "I wish you all a pleasant night. Come in."
They all politely bowed to the guards and stepped inside, immediately being greeted with the heat from the body mess that spread through the entire club and the booming music. The strong scent of alcohol prickling their buds.
Jeonghan had to get used to the constant flickering of the colored lights, getting anxious about the amount of people that filled the room, searching for the multiple backdoors just in case.
However, even when he was worried sick to push himself through the crowd in a moment, he had to admit that the lights beaming perfectly on the outfit he was wearing gave him some sense of confidence.
Jisoo had lent him a little too tight black t-shirt with a deep v-neck, exposing his perfectly defined collarbones. Even though he barely had muscles to show off, it accentuated his body perfectly. The t-shirt was paired with a pair of black ripped skinny jeans, making his outfit entirely black.
Not to forget, Jisoo also helped him applying eye make up. Just a simple smokey look, making his dark aura compliment his platinum blonde hair. And even though Jeonghan didn't want to admit it, he looked seductive in some type of way.
"Let's get some drinks!" Jisoo yelled with his lips close to Jeonghan's ears to make himself audible over the loud music.
Jeonghan was contemplating whether he should drink alcohol or stay sober for the night. However, the purpose of going to the club was to get Seungcheol off his mind for a couple of hours. And he knew he wouldn't have a lot of fun, being pressed against tons of unfamiliar bodies without a little drink..
"I'm in!" Jeonghan followed his friends closely to the bar, frightened he might lose them through the swarm of bodies. One or two drinks couldn't hurt anyone, right?
Jeonghan was well known to never cross his own borders, especially when it came to liquor. This night wouldn't be any difference to that.
Before he could even think twice, Jisoo handed over a tiny glass with a see through substance in it. we're starting off with a shot? Jeonghan brought the tiny glass up to his nose and wrinkled when the strong scent tickled his buds. do i have to drink this?
But once again, he was determined to enjoy his night and get the boy who broke his heart off his mind for a couple of hours. Without further hesitation he brought the glass up to his lips and let the burning substance slide down his throat.
With full force he slammed the glass back on the wooden surface of the bar, feeling the alcohol warm up his insides. The drink tasted horrible and he wished he could get rid of the awful taste in his mouth. But as soon as he saw his friends laughing and having fun, he forgot about the taste that lingered on his tongue.
He couldn't care less about anything around him, as long as he and his friends could have fun for the night, everything would be alright.
or at least, he thought so.
